Was a lovely 3 bed apartment in the middle of cognac walking distance to all amenities. We were 4 adults and 2 babies and the apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely go back.

Only downside were the stairs getting up were narrow especially with 2 prams, but nothing too dramatic

The property was in a good location, close to all amenities. It was very clean and spacious.

Only minor problems. Better pillows for the beds, large glasses for the kitchen and large bowl for salad. Washbasin in toilets.

Stunning property, located in the very city centre of Cognac, next to restaurants, boulangerie, shops & sites. Despite of the central location, we did find it very quiet.

There are only not many things we did not like, however I would just like to mention a couple of tiny details, that could help: Provide more champagne glasses, there was only one champagne glass in the cupboard) Provide more tea towels The plastic flowers did not add anything to the beautiful decor, the house is so full of charm, I’d rather have no flowers at all than plastic ones everywhere. Check-in way to late and check-out way too early for the price we paid. Bathroom located on the ground floor while the bedrooms are located on the upper floors.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we needed. The apartment was very well fitted out and comfortable.

I think it's an issue with the Booking.com portal however I didn't receive messages from the host as they arrived blank. I therefore didn't know how to get into the property ahead of arriving in France however one call to the host and details had been issued to me by email directly which was fantastic.

Only one shower at the apartment, and the toilet room didn't have sinks in it.

Amazing rental ! Superb flat in the heart of old town Cognac. Very nicely decorated and with all needed furniture. Super easy access to groceries (traditional market or supermarket), shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental !
