The property is well located, 5 minutes walk from the Ridge. There is a lift available at the property Facilities are all good. The staff is helpful

No gaming zone and no music system. Very conjusted droom rooms and the very incorporating staff members. Smoking was allowed but drinking wasn’t. There was no gaming zone and even outsider dog was sitting on the sofa that was very unhygienic.

We had opted for a private room, it was a spacious room with a great view of the mountains. The staff was prompt in getting things resolved. Any requests have to be made on their web app. The vibe was nice. We started our day early, so we had to get a coffee outside, but there was a Barista closeby. Location was all right, things were accessible.

1. I would recommend not booking via Booking.com. When you "reserve" the place as offered by Booking.com, you will get hounded by emails to make the payment otherwise your reservation is not confirmed. They have a rule which states that 100% payment needs to be made before the stay. In this case, the whole feature of reserving, becomes a waste. I had initially made a booking which needed to be changed, but since I had already paid for it, it was unclear on how I could go about it. I had to reach out to the customer support 3 times to get clarity. Also there is no customer support number, there is only a centralised WhatsApp chat available. So incase you are stuck somewhere and need to reach the hostel reception, there is no option. 2. While the location mentions that its quite a bit of walk, please note - do not follow the short route that Google Maps shows, walk all the way towards Christ Church and follow that route. Although there is a parking space outside the hostel and cars can reach there, even the locals find it difficult to find the place. While leaving the taxi I had hired, found it really difficult to get to the place. Please note that once you do make it, there are two flight of stairs to reach the reception. For the price I paid for the private room, I think there were better options in the same price range. 3. It's not the hostel's issue, but we were two girls and there were a bunch of boys in the room next to ours. Throughout the night they were going in and out yelling and talking loudly to the point where I had to request the reception person to look into it. There is no way for the property to enforce the "no alcohol" rule in the private rooms. The other guests clearly had no regard for the silent hours of the hostel.

It was my first time in hosteller and really loved the stay the staffs were very helpful I was not able to book my train ticket as I'm not from India amd it was asking for an Indian registration or something and when I told them about my concern they immediately helped me to book it and saved me from all the troubles thank you so much hosteller and all the staffs ❤️
