I took my two sisters and brother-in-law to celebrate my 28th birthday in Boracay. The place is massive, the whole place itself, and our room is spacious too—two big king beds. Sir July the caretaker and the guy who assisted us the whole trip was so nice to us, with a warm, friendly, and personable demeanor. He gave us a nice briefing and an awesome tour around the vicinity.

The door lock is broken, we couldn't lock it. The bed sheet of the 1st bed has stains. No complementary water. No extra pillows (only 4, 2 each bed) and blankets. The Internet is iffy. No outlet on the balcony.

The caretaker (July Paredes) is very accomodating to us, even though the place is quite far we enjoyed it a lot , it was a relaxing place looking forward to comeback and stay for future travel in Boracay God Bless!

Please provide ample kitchen utensils and drinking water

No breakfast included. The place is suitable for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

It could have been better if there was a wifi in the unit as it is far away from the center of the city. The kitchen faucet was loose. The basic necessities were not provided like toiletries, dishwashing soap, drinkable water and basic cooking ingredients as the place is categorized as an AirBNB. Owner communicated late with checking in instructions which created confusion and waiting time for the caretaker to hand in the keys to the unit. Could have been better if instructions were sent to us days or a week before our stay. The name of the place in the ad is also confusing as this place is part of the Alta Vista de Boracay which was not mentioned at all. Spent too much in transportation going back and forth as it is far and hilly.

I found July very good. He help us very good. Give us perfect Service.

location is quite far then other hotels but very nice and peaceful.

It’s indeed relaxing. The view from our unit terrace is great! When you are at the pool, it’s so beautiful to see the nature down below and the horizon— it’s really so relaxing!
