Outside terrace but evidence of people smok8ng cigarette stubs left should be cleaned,
Only 2 dinner plates advertised as suitable for 8, did ask for more plates 2 left on stairs promptly, no tea towels, windows need a deep clean full of pigeon/seagull mess, bins on entrance overflowing think this is down to council but not nice to walk past to gain access when it absolutely stinks.

Location
No elevator and its not noted in the description. As we have 3 years old twins it was not the best to have the accommodation on the top floor. Apartment was not clean and one blinder was missing from a room so we couldnt use it for sleeping. I asked to solve this problem but there was no answer from the owner during our stay.

Decent location right near the beach, beds were comfortable, sofa beds had a little mess on them, bathroom lock was broken, sofa bed missing a few legs, other then that everything worked perfectly, nice apartment, cute terrance, interior was nice and it was spacious. Would recommend to stay and would come back again!

Location was good, beds were comfortable.
The oven and dishwasher don’t work. We reported this and someone came to repair them but was unable to do so as they’ve never been connected to a power supply! We’d bought food to cook so this was a huge inconvenience and additional expense we weren’t expecting.
The heater in the lounge is temperamental and we reported this too.
The bathroom fittings aren’t great either: bath plug gets stuck and door lock falls off. The sofas are really uncomfortable.

The lounge kitchen area was spacious, furniture and facilities clean and functional
My biggest issue was the smelly bedrooms, poo stains on both bedroom carpets. One bed frame broken. Unclean bed linen on one bed. Hallway walls in flat stained with a hole in the wall. Loft door to bathroom was open, the toilet seat loose. The bathroom tiles appeared to have tissue paper spots on them. Pigeon guano on windows cills to front room. Outdoor furniture stained

The flat was lovely inside, the windows could have done with a good clean as they was very dirty.

We turnt up and it looked like a building site outside the building , also no parking which was a shame
