The views from the house and balcony were amazing. Everything you could possibly needs was provided which we didn’t expect. No need for shampoo etc or hairdryer as all in the cottage. The welcome pack was superb as they had gone the extra mile for us as vegans. Thank you for your attention to our needs Miny and David, we loved our stay.

The road to the property is narrow and steep but the views more than make up for it. The garden was not ideal for our little sausage who could escape through to the neighbour but we just kept him on the lead. For other dogs it would probably be dog proof so long as you don’t have a jumper!

Prijemne, a tiche miesto.

Sycamore cottage was truly a home from home. The hosts had thought of everything which really helped our stay to run smoothly. The outdoor shower room (although not used) was an added extra for those muddy walks with our little furry friend. The beds were extremely comfortable, there was lots of indoor entertaining for wet days and a useful torch for late garden visits with the dog. A welcoming package was also a lovely surprise.

Beautiful cottage with all amenities, lots of loving touches and amazing views. Great location near some wonderful areas in the Peak Districf

Steep stairs with low beams were a risk at times. Parking was tricky at times with such a narrow road out front.

Everything!!! worth every penny… we especially LOVED the view of the valley & hills from the balcony. we loved local walks, we loved the treats that the brilliant host left us … we loved the evening fires with a glass of wine. it was a very lovely, peaceful break 🙌
