The accommodation is at very good location, Lidol is nearby, Train Station is on the walking distance,bus stop is on 2 minutes walk Additionally, the host is amazing person. Felt like at own home.

Great hospitality by Richard! He is a great host, house is nice and he helped me a lot! I am from warmer part of world, so only thing that I would say was missing is a bit more heating inside of house. Other than that I was very pleased!:)

This property was in an amazing location, close to the shops and our place of work. The property was well stocked with utensils for making and cooking food. The host was also superb, Rich was wonderfully friendly and helpful, which we greatly appreciated.

Stayed overnight at the house while visiting the University of Hull which is just a few minutes drive away. Would definitely recommend it. The house has been modernized throughout with on point contemporary design and flair. All the facilities are great. The owner is super helpful, thoughtful and friendly. I will stay there again next time I visit Hull.

The owner is lovely guy tried so hard to please us. Nothing was too much trouble.

the property itself is very clean and comfortable - I slept like a log! and stylish too, with its Shoreditch-esque garden to enjoy. it stands out to me most of all thanks to Rich’s hospitality! he accommodated me at short notice, and bent over backwards to help me out on a tight time-frame, even booking my taxi for me and helping me pick the right earrings! the room was mega-comfortable and breakfast was on the table when I got up. really kind person and a lovely place to stay.

Myself and husband came here for our anniversary. A lovely warm welcome as we arrived. very pleasant would highly recommend staying in this victorian house it was a pleasure and hope to return very soon thankyou so much Rick and nikki .

Lots of on-street free parking here Host recommended places nearby and further away for eating out and places to visit The host is very friendly and easy to get on with, we (including a few other lodgers) had some really interesting conversations - felt like a "home away from home" which is what the host said he strives to provide - he aced it! The bedroom is really spacious and comfortable. The whole property is really thoughtfully decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable, including a seating area in the back garden. Better value-for-money than I expected.

On arrival, it wasn't clear which property on the street I'd be staying at. I had forgotten to follow up (and also hadn't received follow up) about my booking from 1 month before arrival. However, after callng the host this was resolved nicely in a mutually convenient way. Perhaps food for thought to send a non-anonymous address (it is a door number rather than a named house as per the bookingconfirmation email) to lodgers? This wasn't a big inconvenience but it could have been a smidge easier.
