This place is a 10/10!! I was nervous upon booking because of the mixed reviews. It seemed the Vacasa service was questionable but was so seamless for us. All the information we needed was right there on the app, texted, and emailed. Check-in was easy and the place was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities.

This unit was very large and roomy and nicely furnished. Very nice touch to include beach chairs and umbrella. Kitchen was well equipped. The view was outstanding and the balcony was spacious.

This is great condo with a perfect view of the beach! Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We spent a week here with our three children (ages 4, 5, and 8) for a beach getaway. Pros: -Beach access was so convenient! A short flight of stairs or elevator ride had us right on the beach! -Beach was quiet, family friendly, and we saw dolphins! -The unit had a closet with coolers, umbrellas, beach towels, and more! We added beach toys and more umbrellas that we purchased. Perfect for families who fly and don’t have much room to pack those things. -The kitchen was well appointed- it was great having a full fridge/freezer for beach snacks! -Short drive to great restaurants/shopping. Our favorites were Doc Ford’s, Lulu’s for ice cream, and Johns Pass for shopping and dinner. The kids also enjoyed mini golf just a few minutes from the unit. Cons: -The kids were super jazzed about the bunk beds, but they were so squeaky/wobbly that we ended up not using the top bunk. -The unit could use some TLC. Mostly cosmetic upgrades, but it is definitely showing some wear and tear. Patio door does not lock without using the provided PVC pipe. Highly recommend for families looking for an easy beach getaway!

Our family with three children under 12 absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn't have been any better! Waking up with that view right outside your front patio was what we loved the most! The beach was beautiful and Very clean! Our kids and cousins who stayed in another unit in the building enjoyed every minute of swimming and playing in the sand. Easiest possible access to the beach everyday. Location was very convenient to get around the town and when we wanted to go to Clearwater beach. Closets and rooms were huge and very comfortable!

The condo is beautiful and the location is ideal. The eclectic furnishings certainly add to the great beach vibe. Only issue was that beach chairs in the Master closet were all broken and sandy. The only thing that could make the condo better would be an on-site washer and dryer.

This property was ideally located for our family-it was right on the beach in a quiet area and perfect for our special needs granddaughter. It could use some updating, however, it was clean, beds were comfortable, and in a convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful location and a decent unit. However, the Managing Company isn't very good. The Patio Door doesn't lock, middle bathroom tub/shower facuet broken, recliners semi-broken, missing one Roku remote and no extra batteries for the existing remotes, the towels are well worn and we only had 6 washcloths. I could go on about poor management but these items are enough reason to shy away from this company. I know we could have complained but we shouldn't need to complain to receive basic needs (including safety). We were looking for another place to stay and I avoided properties managed by Vacasa.

We were pleased with the condition of the condo upon arrival. We did notice it was a little warm when we got there but soon afterwards we received a call from the property manager letting us know the AC was broken and would be replaced ASAP. The guys that came were quick and friendly, and we were happy to stay on the beach while they did the replacement. The condo is right on the beach, which was perfect and so convenient. We have two teens and felt comfortable letting them go in and out to the beach on their own. Watching the sunset each night from the balcony was a plus! The location is in a quiet part of town, which was perfect for us. The grocery store and restaurants were a bit of a drive but we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely stay here again, in fact I just checked to book for next spring break and was disappointed to see it’s already reserved. Maybe next time!

Condo was a really good size, lots of space for us!! We had 3 adults and 2 kids and never felt cramped. The location is good too. It's on Indian Shores right in between Clearwater and Treasure Island. It was quieter, which was nice because there was no crowding on the beach, but also you sometimes had to drive to find a variety of restaurants. The beach doesn't have the soft sand I was expecting, the hurricanes have done a number on the sand, but the water was still very beautiful and my kids still had a great time. The beds were comfy, but the bunk beds are creaky and loud so I would only put heavy sleepers in there that won't move throughout the night. Overall, we had a great stay and the price was reasonable.

I did a lot of research for properties on the beach and this one was great for the price! Cleanliness, access to the beach, chairs/cooler/umbrella/towels available for use, laundry facilities was great! There was plenty of room for my family. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location. Its nice to walk right out onto the beach. We had a couple of roaches visit us during our stay which was surprising because the place was very clean. Probably just an isolated incident. The big complaint was the bunk beds... they were so loud an squeaky. It was abnoxious and made it difficult to sleep listening to all the noise. The slighest move produced a loud squeak.

This unit was very comfortable and had lots of room for a family to move around in. The view was beautiful right on the beach and we would definitely rent this unit again. The only issue that I had was with the code to get into the unit. It didn't work so we had to go downstairs to retrieve a key from a lock box outside. I had reached out to Vacasa a few times about the code issue and also had a few questions and I never received any communication back.

We loved our stay! The view is so beautiful and it was wonderful being right on the beach. We were also only steps away from an amazing coffee shop with delicious coffee. Everything about this property was so great and we plan to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay here at Indian shore. The unit was clean and equipped with all and anything you needed. Sitting out on the veranda was beautiful with the ocean and sand right at our door. We would recommend this property to everyone. Thank you for a delightful stay.

This condo was great! The views were absolutely beautiful! Did have an ant problem and the road noise was pretty loud, but overall a wonderful stay!

The condo was nice but getting into the condo upon arrival was NOT. We got a code to get into our condo but NOT a code to get into the main door of the complex. You get into the condo with a FOB that is located in a lockbox on the side of the building, you need a code for the lockbox which is not the same as the code to get into your unit. Called customer service, got the code, NO FOB in the lockbox. Luckily another guest let us in and we were able to get into our condo, otherwise, you are at the mercy of waiting for property management to come and let you in. Another couple that arrived a few days after we did had the same problem and had been trying to get in for 45 minutes before we let them in. Although the condo is pet friendly the beach in front of the unit is not. If you are planning a vacation with your pet I'd advise to find a different location.

Beautiful views and a relaxing friendly environment.

Great place to just sit and enjoy the Gulf and the amazing sunsets. Home was VERY clean, and comfy. Others had mentioned the "squeaky" bunk bed but we figured we could deal with it for our short stay (nice feature even for older kids). We managed... although having something a bit more sturdy and updated would make this 5 stars for sure. Well stocked kitchen (with cork screws available). Great table for family game night & meals. And the view/location is just ideal. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
