I'm not one for leaving reviews but after the way ive been treated its sufficient to leave this review It's nice and clean so that's a plus ➕ but when we arrived the shower wasn't working it was either freezing or boiling hot...I told the owner and I was told wrong as everything was new in there (basically calling me a liar) so we left and had to £236 for a hotel for the duration of our stay...i get a phone call a few days later to say I was indeed right and they'd offer me a free stay....YOU'D THINK OH That's nice......Please don't be mistaken.......when I called them back to redeem their offer i explained to the lady on the phone how rude the guy was on the phone she got hostile and put the phone down on me....what a great way to treat customers... Anyway I'd like my money back.....
