All good and all what we needed

Was a bit further out than I thought but not a drama

A very lovely small apartment with everything you need for your stay, water pressure on the shower was pleased with and the bed was comfy, everything was working and there was a very cheap car park two minute walk from the property £7 for 24 hours £1 for 3 hours, we were very impressed with our stay at 01 holmfield it was clean and homely and even with other guests in didn't hear them or the road outside

There were a couple of areas that I didn't like the living room/ kitchen to the bedroom there was a wooden cover which I kept tripping on in the night that was sticking up, also black out blinds would be a good purchase to as the sun woke my daughter up very early, apart from them and me being fussy was a great little apartment, and would definitely visit again

Excellent value

overall our stay was really good. Had everything we needed at hand, and was very clean. 2 minute walk to the tram which took you anywhere you needed.

The main double bed had no support under the mattress, we ended up having to remove the mattress and sleep on the floor for 2/3 nights which was a nightmare. Especially walking about all day and we were looking for a good nights sleep. This has been discussed with the owner and have kindly offered us a discount for next time!

Clean & modern with fresh paint & new appliances/furniture. Great location, on quiet side of blackpool. Good transport links. 2 convenience shops practically downstairs.

When we arrived the lockbox I was told was mine didn't open. I was just looking for the hosts contact details, when my husband tried another & it worked! 1 major thing for us was we couldn't connect to the Internet. My son had major meltdown over this. I looked everywhere & couldn't find the oven grill handle. Burnt my hand a little using makeshift item.

The place was spotless clean. Far enough away from the main town but a cheap taxi fare back if you want a late night. Tram stop just around the corner

Staircase is very narrow and could be dangerous if not careful on the stairs. Bed very uncomfortable the base felt like it was broken and the bed settee wasn't the most comfortable. When you are paying to stay in these places you think they would go the extra bit to have a decent bed and a proper bed settee let the property down. It would be a great apartment if these two things where sorted.

TV in each room and pretty quiet area. On street parking if you are lucky

Bottom sheet not provided for bed settee. Luckily it was a heat wave so we slept on the quilt provided. Key safe number not right on booking.com and took a while to get a response from number provided so was outside property for a while. Also no safety locks on the windows which open wide. Not safe at all with young children.
