Big area with 3 rooms, living room and swimming pool

Bad maintainance of the swimming pool caused my child injured, no hot water and mat in the bathroom so the floor is always wet, 2 bathroom showers are broken and is always leaking, bad cleaning of the bathroom The first night I arrived, I found one room furniture and floor all wet cos the air con is leaking water, and no one come for assistance No restaurant for breakfast or meals

it is spacious with three bedrooms and a pool

no staff…only 1 person…no water even for the guests…place was clean but need staff for any services as it is situated very far from city centre…even luggage had to be taken on our own..not ideal for a family

The bathrooms needed mats for the water leaking after the showers, for a long stay property, they need to think about more details for the kitchen, utensils, the BBQ wasn’t free as advertised on booking. The bed mattresses definitely need a renewal.

Breakfast was provided? The view was the only part that was nice, but it wasn’t even heated.not a whole lot of likes to list.

Lack of toilet paper, rooms smelled moldy as well as bedding, sheets were stained and small strands of hair everywhere , bathrooms not clean. Lack of hand soap hand, some were diluted with water with barely any left to use.
