Location was great and room was lovely and clean.
The only amenities were soap/shampoo and 1 bottle of water in the refrigerator.

A traditional house renovated to a very high standard. Rooms are quiet, cool, spacious and very comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful and will make suggestions as to where to eat etc. Good, freshly made breakfasts.
Not a huge choice of good restaurants in close vicinity, but it's easy to get a taxi or carriage or walk 20 minutes along the seafront to the delightful Old Harbour area, where most of the best restaurants are.

My go to place for when I visit Spetses. This hotel is brand new and spotless clean. Design is modern and elegant yet keeps the traditional character of the island. The owner of the hotel is very kind and ready to help for anything you need. He will go above and beyond to provide you with excellent service. Having breakfast or a drink at the courtyard is a must. Location can't be beaten. You are 3-5' walk from the port, close to bars and restaurants. Yet the hotel is located at peaceful road and you will sleep like a baby. I really can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you!

It’s a new hotel, and well designed with everything you need in the room! It is also quite and very close to the port! Within a minute you reach the sea by foot. The owner, Fotis, is very kind and very accommodating. It’s saved on my list for favourite places, for when I am back to Spetses!

We could not recommend this little property more. The location is great and each room is beautifully decorated and clean. Communication was also very efficient, messaging from booking we would have received a response very promptly. The staff is also very attentive and accommodating. We would definitely come back once in Spetses!

Breakfast was fine. The location was convenient.
The noise from the numerous motorcycles. There is no point to expect quietness , even the cars are not aloud on the island, as long there hundreds of motorcycles running around. The only solution is the city hall to impose electric motorcycles to make the island pleasant to walk around.

Lumiere was a wonderful experience. Located in a peaceful and picturesque area of town, quite centrally, but away from the usual tourist hustle. Clean and comfortable rooms, characterized by a minimalist refined aesthetic approach, good service and a cordial and helpful hoast (Fotis), who goes out of his way to provide the best service to his customers.

We had a wonderful time in Lumiére Spetses. The rooms are new and very clean, breakfast was excellent and the host is super nice, always willing to help and share good tips. The terrace was a plus. Very good location, close to nice beaches and good restaurants. Highly recommended!

Excellent, sweet and amazing place to stay in Spetses! The cleanest room I have ever seen, the owners paid attention to detail making it a warm, tasteful space with high quality furniture and finishes. Fotis, the guy who runs the place, is a lovely, helpful and kind host always on call to help guests.

The location was good and the room was spacious and every item in the room were brand new. Fotis was really welcoming, treating us like his guests instead of customers. He was extremely helpful, gave us great tips and helped us with other arrangements and reservations.

The owner Fotis was incredibly nice and always helpful, took care of us and gave a lot of usable hints. Thank you very much!!! :-) There you feel home. Quite place. Lovely breakfast in the courtyard. 6 minutes walk from the port. The hotel was new, and with everything what you need from Nespresso Coffee Machine to flat TV with Netflix and iron with ironing table. The room was very nice decorated and with conformable beds. In the bathroom was good light. Everything was crystal clean. Internet was strong. We will go back!
