First of all it’s marketed fraudulently claiming that it’s in Munnar. It’s 48 km away from Munnar. That spoiled our stay as we could not visit Munnar. There is no sight seeing place near this hotel. Even thekkady is one hour drive. We booked suite which was claimed as Air conditioned for both rooms. But only one room had AC. This is also misrepresentation of the fact. Breakfast is available but nothing else later. No tea, coffee and also no food delivery after 8pm from outside. Be ready to stay hungry. They ask prepayment of some percentage of total amount even though as per the ad in booking.com it says no prepayment and pay at property. It is to trap the customer so that u can’t leave.

It's very comfortable and amazing stay for families .rooms are very higen staff are very good lunch to dinner evening is superb and very tasty.service is very very good. I highly recommend RJ ROSS for every one who enjoys your trip. The view from balcony is amazing.keep it up 😊

Very good location at centr of the town and easily accessible. Spacious rooms Clean and very well maintained . suggest to stay here and do trips to Munnar , Kamabam , theni , thekkadi ..etc Ample parking area Appreciable attitude of all staff and the owner MR. tony was always there to take care of facilities and guiding with our travel plans during the stay

No restaurant inside the hotel. But they manage to serve us the breakfast on time . Many restaurants are very near the hotel
