Very spacious accommodation. The location is very good - quite and close to the city centre

We traveled to Sunderland as my daughter was competing in a swimming gala. The house provided us plenty of space to relax in between my daughter’s events.
A Washington line outside or a clothes airer would have come in handy to dry washing.

The neighbour across, keep opening the blinds everytime we come home at night.

Lovely clean, comfortable home from home. Much bigger than expected. Would definitely stay again.
Couldn't regulate temperature on shower, too hot so had to use bath instead. Neighbour parked directly outside on second day and parking at back was a bit tight.

The location was very good easy to find and the key was left in a safe keysafe and was told where to find it was easy to unlock host was very helpful in letting me know where the key was and when the property was ready .

A beautiful clean home from home. Stayed over Christmas, daunted as my 10 year old didn't want to go anywhere for Christmas but home. He absolutely loved it and the owners made the house so christmassy with a tree and decorations. Everything is there you need, the owners available within minutes if needed. Highly recommend. Stayed in quite a few holiday lets over the years and this ranks for me at the very top.

It was very clean and inviting. The beds were very comfy. Everything you needed was there. The off road parking was great.

A very welcoming and neatly furnished house! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back any time. Gill was very nice and supportive. She immediately answered our enquiries.

Decor was great, a decent size property in a location ideal to us.

The house is very spacious and has 3 nice sized bedrooms, one on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs and downstairs toilet. It's on a very quiet residential street and has secured parking at the back.
Everything we needed for a home from home stay was there including had soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom and washing up liquid too. Gill was very helpful when we couldn't get the heating to work and answered all my messages straight away. Good location for local shops and delivery services to the house.
We'd definitely stay there again.

when we arrived we were amazed how fabulous the place was. would very much like to revisit the property again as I have two sons that live in Sunderland and come up a few times a year
