Great place to stay in Palolem. Clean and new rooms with fast wifi. A few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants.

We’ve been travelling around India and Palm Heaven is our standout property! Uday goes above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after and have everything needed, he even helped us out with onward flights and helping to secure our next hotel. Nothing was too much to ask and he was there with a friendly smile every day, honestly customer service was second to none. The room was really clean, good shower and the bed was so comfy. We extended our stay because we just loved it so much and felt at home, I can’t imagine anywhere else better to stay in Goa.

mosquito nets in the rooms would be a good addition but we weren’t expecting one!

Lovely room with a verandah seating area. Comfy bed and large, clean bathroom. It's in a great location for cafes, restaurants, and bars and just a short walk to the beach. But still very quiet at night. All in all a great and relaxing stay.

The owner was over the top helpful, efficient and friendly. A great guy in all ways. His Cafe served excellent food. 3min walk to the beach. Every one who comes for the first time seems to extend their stay.

This hotel is thankfully very quiet at night. However, I would really prefer zero rock and roll music from the restaurants on the beach at night. Fortunately the sound of the music does not reach this hotel.

Everything is perfect. Location is quiet, away from the noise of the road and the restaurants at the beach, very peaceful. Central to the best spot on the beach with direct path access, right in the middle of everything. Uday is the most gracious and kind host, he goes above and beyond to be helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Super fast WiFi, hot water, huge comfy bed and pillows. Excellent value for money.

Fabulous host, great location. Plenty of hot water and plug sockets. Fan and a/c worked well. On the street with plenty of restaurants close by. Uday was a great guy and just want the best for his guests. We also arranged airport pickups both way with him. 3 minute walk to the beach. We would recommend a stay at the Palm Heaven. Also good wifi.

The room was nice, spacious and clean, the bed had a mosquito net. The location is great, and very close to everything you would need. Breakfast was very tasty, location is great, and the host is very friendly and helfpul.

The stay was fantastic and Mr Uday (the Host) is a fabulous person. He made us feel like home and will surely be back and stay here once we are back to Goa.

I went there with my parents. The loaction is perfect. Rooms are very specious and clean. Udai the owner is very humble, helpful and friendly. Staff is also very nice. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Friendly, clean, price of the room

It was not buffet. Only you could select only food one item along with one hot drink. So did not like breakfast arrangement.

We took 3 rooms for a 2 day stay. Rooms have been renovated and painted recently. All the rooms were clean and well maintained with spacious private balconies. The bathrooms are very clean and hygienic. Bed cushion was soft and comfortable. Water bottle, clean towels and soap were provided. Limited variety of food for complimentary breakfast but all options were delicious. They just give one option to choose with Tea/ Coffee. They have a big parking space with easy backdoor entrance to the Palolem beach. The host Uday is friendly and helpful. Must visit if you want a value for money accommodation.

We initially had some minor issues with Solar water supply in morning but the host Uday was prompt in providing alternatives. The positive experience and comfortable stay overpowers these minor issues. Be assured that you would love your stay!

We had a great week at Palm Heaven! The team that took care of us was great, smiling and always very present if needed. The room was spacious and clean. it was tastefully decorated. We were able to enjoy the terrace which offered a view of a field of palm trees. we really enjoyed the breakfast prepared with love and served in pretty dishes. We will be back next year for sure! Thanks again for your kindness.

Warmth and Hospitality of Staff, Clean well maintained property

I really enjoyed my stay at Palm Heaven, the room was very clean and comfortable. Uday, our host helped us with any wishes we had: scooter rental, laundry service, massage, etc. The breakfast was included and from their cafe across the street, which was very tasty. I also liked that the guesthouse is located at the main street, yet it was very quiet at night and we had beach access through the backyard. 10/10 would stay again here! :)
