In principle this is a great idea, a semi-self contained room in a fairly good location

The housekeeping staff are a total disaster. We had 1 small and 1 large towel for 2 people for 54 days. No additional towels and no replacement towels during the stay. The main shower never worked despite multiple complaints. The floor was never cleaned. And to make the whole event perfect, the room cleaning staff walked in while I was exiting the shower because he must be hard of hearing to not hear me say don’t come in. The reception staff are not a great deal better. Coffee cannot be served after 11am from a machine that they are sitting next to. At least there are some fresh croissants on the service counter in the morning.

Comfortable bed. Lots of storage. Well appointed kitchenette. Also, separate areas for working, cooking and washing similar to a co-working space or dorm.

Though the room has a 'cooling' system the room remained hot making our stay a little uncomfortable. The nights we stayed there, there was construction on the road outside the room until 2am

Very nice stay! The room was not big and not small . All new, bed was comfortable! I asked the coffeemaker and they provided quickly.

I didn’t like only one thing- when I checked in the towels was nice and good but then when I left and housecleaner took used one (which was good quality) and I found not nice one when i back.

The property is really cool - there is plenty of desk space including a mini office and printers, plus you can read any of the books that are available on the shelves. There is also a very small gym and some ironing/ washing facilities.

They offer bar snacks and some breakfast, but the food menu is limited to pizza and muesli with only a few other bits. would be nice to have a bit more choice!

the rooms are well equipped with a desk and functional kitchen.

The bed is elevated on a 'box' for storage purposes, but personally I don't like to crawl out of bed. Outside working hrs it was hard to reach anyone who could help me, number mentioned in email and listed at check-in desk was answered by someone who stated that 'Ariv was not in his service contract anymore'

I have booked the Deluxe Queen Studio for a week. It is spacious. They have room cleaning everyday which is good. The bathroom is very well lit and the washing basin is spacious. There are lots of storage in the room. The chair for the desk is comfortable. Their staff is nice and helpful, the front desk, the cleaning staff and the repairman. All are professional and nice. It makes a difference.

It may be better if the sofa has cushions. Somehow the sofa is not comfortable and I rarely sit on it. The kitchen has too few utensils. The working chair is nice but not the working desk. It is too narrow. The light at the bedside is too dark.

There was only one towel-set although we booked the room for 2 people.

Our 3 day stay at the property was really a great experience! Conveniently located close to the public transport as well as lots of shops close by! The Ariv team were all out there to help and assist with any questions.

Location was good, and itlook like the photos, but looking closer everything seemed a bit unfinished

Toilet door was too swollen to close properly, bed was uncomfortable. Check in was difficult and there was no lights in the reception, so everything was done in the dark. Only reason we managed to check in was because another customers showed us an alternativ way. Chair in the room was broken and there was no battery in remote control for the TV. Kitchen part was unfinished and you could see garbage underneath. Overall an okay stay , but not worth the money
