It was a basement room. Anyone who walked upstairs disturbed the sleep.

The location, the private room and an available kitchen. A short distance from downtown Toronto and quite affordable. Upon arriving, the state of things was extremely clean and tidy and the extra towels were available upon request. Thanks to the owner's attention to detail, the stay was wonderful.
As wondeful as the location is, you really need a car to get around and traveling anywhere further than a couple blocks for groceries requires planning around public transit or uber rides.

The room is extremely small, you literally bump into the wall just trying to get around
The electricity mains are in an unmarked and unlocked cabinet just next to the expresso machine.
I spent 12 days during which the linen and towels were not changed.
Only 2 towels were provided and when I asked for a third, it wasn't provided without astonishment.
The air-conditioning is not very effective and the is hot.

I like the room its very clean and comfy. The room have private bathroom too. I love it!

Convenient, easily accessible, close to the airport. We had a separate entrance and separate lock codes for each room. Also includes use of washer and dryer

The value for the room was exceptional. Close to shopping and 3 minutes from the 401. 30 minutes to an hour from downtown Toronto depending on traffic.

The only thing I will say is that it was a little cold at night, wasn't able to find a thermostat downstairs - if we had the ability to change temperature slightly it would've been 10/10

The Host is very friendly and welcoming. Nice and polite.
Basement room. No air conditioning. Washing machine did not found.

The house and neighbourhood felt safe and was very clean. I liked that my room had a private bathroom.
Wish there were more blankets available and a blow dryer.

- it says it's a deluxe apartment but it's a room in a basement without natural daylight
- the walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation and every noise in the room next to you.
- 70CAD cleaning fee . It's a little bit exaggerated for only 1 room.
