Very clean and modern accomodation.
We very much appreciated the air conditioning in both the kitchen/living room and the bed room.
Host was very friendly and helpful, with very good spoken English. He was present at the facility during daytime.
It was possible to replace the provided towels whenever needed.
The tavern next to the facility can be noisy at nights. During our 6-night stay, events (a wedding, a birthday party and two concerts) took place for 4 evenings, often ending late in the night. It helped to leave the air conditioning whir all night so that outside noise couldn't be heard so much.
Also the open shower corner isn't ideal as water spills on bathroom floor a lot. Not a big issue but worth mentioning.

I think we had the best accomodation in Kraimorie.
Kraimorie is a dusty Burgas' neighbourhood. Nothing to do there at night, except a few restaurants. Not even a proper path for a walk.

We really liked the place. Very close to the beach but enough distance for quiet stay. Brand new houses with big rooms and everything you need. The garden is big with a lot of trees for shadow. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host Drago is very helpful and nice. We even had complimentary wine and water which is very rare in Bulgaria.
The only thing I recommend improving is picking up the room garbage every day.

Amazing place. New. Great quiet houses in a wood. It was very clean. Great host. Thank you, Mr Tomov. We stayed most of the time outdoor.
There were small features of the furniture that were missing but I can excuse it as the property has open in June.

The property is very close to the beach. The area is quiet, the property is newly build. All is clean and of good quality.
The owner is welcoming and always ready to help or solve any issues.
Overall it was a very good stay.

The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with great attention to detail. Equipped with good quality appliances. Stunning view of the sea and the marina. An extremely kind host met our group's needs immediately. In the near distance there is an excellent bar with delicious food. The facility is perfect for short and longer stays. We will definitely come back.
The last finishing works were in progress, so the next customers will not feel any inconvenience.
For customers who plan to self-catering, more pots of various types would be useful. This remark absolutely does not affect the rating of the apartment, which I consider to be fantastic
