The location , room and the facilities were good. Special thing to highlight is aboutMr. Mohit who had been very helpful throughout. Knowing that we were 3 girls he extended his help even during his non working hours which was very much helpful for us. He suggested us best places , clubs and restaurants to hang out as well.. Overall he had been of great help and is thankful for that .

Actually we reached hotel morning 7:00 am and had requested for early check it. We were told we can have our room by 12pm and since we were the 1st guest that arrived we will have the priority . They assured if we plan to go out and come back our bags would be checked into the room by 12pm. Based on this confirmation we went ahead to see Angola fort , had lunch and returned 3:30pm. However to our surprise the room was still not allocated . We still had to wait another 30mins to get room while all other who arrived late got room.. we discussed this with the Manager and they allowed us for late check out on the last day which was thoughtful of them. Thus we had no other issue and the stay went real good

They denied giving me room , saying we don’t treat booking.com as a confirm voucher . And it’s a glitch from the website , your booking is not confirm . As our hotel is sold out , and we don’t have any room . The booking was done at midnight 1:15 am ,and I arrived within 5 mins , they said it’s past 12 am , and we don’t give room now . And also we are sold out . Kindly call booking . Com call Center and take refund .horrible experience

It’s good for night sleep as property doesn’t have much of facilities of a resort. Breakfast is good..

Rooms could have been cleaner and they provide only one key for the room even if you insist to get a second one .

All staffs were extremely courteous.. The rooms are very clean and spacious.. Very close to the sea and many other happening places.. Pleanty of restaurants nearly. The swimming pool is clean and the buffet breakfast is also good..

The non veg spread could have been a bit more... Else everything is as it should be and better...

Value for money, big rooms, staff was courteous, breakfast amazing.

Very small washrooms, we were given pool towels rather than regular towels which had stains & smell of chlorine. Power cuts were frequent, however staff says its during rainy season (they have generators).

Very helpful and professional staff. had Amazing time at the hotel. Highly recommend this place

The worst Radisson I have been to. Except for one person on the staff, everyone else seemed as if they are doing us a favor by keeping the property open. The room was just about ok, there was a power cut multiple times. AC wouldn't work properly. We had to ask for Bath towels every day, the breakfast buffet had the variety but none of it tasted any good.

New property and near to baga beach

Hi visited the property for 2 night this weekend on 19th-21st may with a friend. We booked 2 rooms and following is the feedback. Room size is awesome. Huge rooms. The family with kids wud love the size. Hotel location is perfect. Baga beach is just 1 km away. There is a rental scooter agency literally the opposite building of the hotel. It's a very nice family at reasonable prices.

There is a stale cake kept in the room. Pls don't have it. Power cuts are extremely common here. Not to fault the hotel here for this, but the infrastructure is not able to cope with frequent switching. A/c did not switch on automatically in my room and for a good part of the 1st day, i didn't know what was the issue. Upon calling services, they did fix it on the second day and it ran great. But very cumbersome and service dependent. The food is not even average as compared to any other radison property or for that matter Hyatt, marriot, Vivanta, etc. Give you some examples on breakfast and in-room dining orders Watermelon juice had clumps of melon and was not filtered. Extremely poor and unprofessional. Coconut chutney was salty. Sambhar was not even comparable to udupis in matunga, mumbai The cheese garlic bread was extremely poor in taste n freshness both. Dosas on both days were average. The options in breakfast were very limited. Just 5-6 items in veg. What was good on first day were poha and Chole but bhature were sour (over fermented i think). On 2nd day, methi parathas were awesome. There is a nice offer on starters in room dining and everyone shud order it. Taste is awesome and very reasonable. I ordered the veg option, and was completely happy about it. My friend ordered chicken biryani but was not that happy about it. He had some fried eggs and omlette but complained that they weren't done properly. But can't go in to details on that one as I didn't taste it myself. Overall it's an average hotel. Go for it if you don't get any thing else reasonable in Goa.

Poor room service,they didn't ask for breakfast ,they didn't let ne check in beavuse they were already full and when I hd to check out i aksed for extension and another day stay they didn't co-operate and u had to book another hotel
