The property is very clean and has lots of amenities. Not sure if it was just the days we were there or the geographic location of the property, but lots of lovely breeze.

The kitchen is a little small. The showers don’t have holders for your soap. The bedroom doesn’t have a/c. The a/c in the living room is enough to cool the upstairs loft.

Stove was kind old. Burners were not that good. But overall the unit was okay.

unit was run down, not clean, fan in living room had only 1 blade, fan in bedroom had 2 blades and seemed ready to fall. a/c not sufficient for unit. light switches need to be replaced to operate overhead lights. plumbing iffy for both toilets, sink faucet on bottom floor needs to be replaced. doors and knobs are sticking and hard to open. rug in living room and carpet on stairs were filthy as was the pull out sofa. in general the unit-especially given the price-was a disappointment. as a landlord, I would be embarrassed.

the condo was not the best for the money

The location was great as was the sunset view, but thats about it.

This is NOT a 2 bedroom on the ground floor as the photos show. This is a unit on the 4th floor, 1 bedroom with a very open loft. The photos are of a totally different unit. The bedroom is very stuffy with a queen bed. Keep the fan on, window cracked and the door open and it's ok. The unit needs to have the walls dusted (never realized that was something that would be needed) and painted. There were splatters on the fridge and laundry closet, as well as on some of the walls. There are cables and cords hanging in every room. We were traveling with a 1 and 2 year old, so keeping them off the steep stairs and from pulling all the cords was a tedious job.
