Lovely little Beach House. Very comfortable and private.

The Beach House lies secluded and private at the back of the main house. It is the perfect spot to start exploring this side of Kent or for a weekend hideaway. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, well equipped and comfortable annex lots of little extras provided. Good location near to bus stop for Margate and surrounding area.

A cute little hut with one bedroom and shower room and towels provided with kitchenette/living room well stocked and small out side space.and a bonus car parking space! the king size bed was comfortable with plump pillows. the sofa was comfortable. good heating and air conditioning. the little hamper was a nice little touch. walk into Margate 15 mins great location. I would recommend and I would stay again. we had no interaction with the hosts when we arrived they left key in door it wasn’t until the last day when I asked a question that I heard from them.

although this is a lovely space the outside noise was a little annoying you could hear the traffic from the main road. dogs barking and music especially being the weekend,dogs barking every time you walk up or down the gravelled path between fences. Tv wouldn’t work just kept on buffering even on Netflix and iPlayer no normal channels. toilet door wouldn’t close fully kept sliding so a gap appeared had to make sure other person stayed in living bit. nice blinds in doors but let a lot of light in at 4am and we kept closed due to main house being right in view of it. even though those little niggles I’d stay again as perfect location and car space we did enjoy our time here.

Close to where I needed to be. Loved the extra treats provided :) Felt safe and secure as a solo traveller.

It was good to have external lights to see the property whilst getting to it. However they seem to stay on most of the night and couldn't switch them off.

So much attention to details to make guests feel at home. Nice selection of breakfast items with Nespresso machine, cheese and charcuterie, juice and milk in the fridge, oats, muesli, cereal, bananas. Our host checked in advance about our choice of toast bread and milk/plant based milk. All toiletries available in bathroom. Our little dog was welcomed with doggie biscuits. Beautiful little house, very cozy during the dark November days. Parking available on the drive in front of the house.

Cracking place to stay this. It's got everything you need for an enjoyable stay, the free breakfast items / tea / coffee / mile / orange juice is a nice touch. The owners were great to deal with, and if we travel to Margate again, we will definitely look to stay here again. Recommended!

great appliances and very clean

We were here for our anniversary and it was beautiful. We walked in to some relaxing music and the air-con was already on and a lovely temperature. We were left milk and water in the fridge and a mini snack basket on the side alongside a coffee machine which was lovely. The house was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. It was a very easy property to gain access to through our own private gated entrance. Thank you so much! xx

The beach house is a beautiful private bungalow in a great location a short walk from the beach and the stunning north Kent coastline and picturesque seaside towns. The bungalow is a good-size with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The accommodation was well thought out, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Like a luxury five star hotel clean crisp bedlinen and plenty of fluffy towels are provided together with bathroom toiletries. The breakfast/snack basket was a welcome extra as well as the milk and hot beverages including a Nesprsso Verso machine and plenty of capsules. The host also provided beach towels and chairs for the beach together with pretty seating on the secluded patio area and sun loungers which are a really nice addition. Private parking and your own gated access add to the feeling of safe seclusion in a really good location. The host responded promptly to a minor issue with the Internet and offered to personally resolve it, which was very helpful, although not needed in the event. We will definitely return to this idyllic getaway and heartily recommended to friends and family. The accommodation also welcomes dog owners which is unusual and will be a real boost to dog walkers who want to indulge in a great break with some beautiful walks along the coastline.

The Beach House was perfect in every way. Everything we needed was provided. The location was just right for us to visit much of the nearby coast line. We will hopefully go back to the Beach House sometime in the future.

There wasn't anything to dislike. The gravel drive did however give us a bit of difficulty

The Beach House is the perfect place for a Margate getaway. It’s beautifully finished, with everything you need, incredibly comfortable and there’s even air conditioning! It’s a short walk to the beach and Margate Harbour, and the hosts are kind, helpful and happily looked after our bags after we checked out until our train. Thank you for an amazing stay, couldn’t have had a better base for our weekend in Margate!

This was an excellent place to stay. It was very well equipped and clean with good facilities. Angela was extremely helpful. There were a few shops nearby if you needed anything and Margate is within walking distance along the promenade. I would definitely recommend it.

I liked absolutely everything, especially the towels. OMG I have never ever had towels this soft, the owners must have magical towel softening powers. I can't believe I found such a lovely place at short notice, in fact I'm still pinching myself because I still can't believe it was true. Places like this just don't seem to come up on booking.com so get it when you can. This is such a perfect place to stay for a short break. I was down for work purposes so never got to explore the area but I was more than impressed when I arrived here for my couple of days. The property is very well presented, spotlessly clean and has everything I needed. The owners appear to have really put some thought into what travellers need when they come to stay here. Snacks, breakfast items, juices, bottles of water, amazing coffee machine, milk, bread, toiletries, air conditioning, comfort galore and more. It's not very often that I leave reviews for places I stay as they usually fulfill my needs and are what I expect. Unless there is something extreme or outstanding then I just don't bother reviewing. However, I found this place extremely outstanding and just had to review it. Full credit to the owners for providing such a special place
