We were in town to host our daughter's wedding. Location was great for the various places we needed to visit in the Omaha area.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures! Very cute, very comfortable, and clean!

After 6 years of hotel stays with three of our kids attending college in Omaha, we decided to try a Vrbo so we would had some space to relax and visit with each other during the busy graduation and move out weekend. The Dalhouse Vrbo knocked it out of the park for us! Totally exceeded our expectations!! The host responded very quickly and the place is exactly as listed. Very clean, well appointed and so cozy! We really enjoyed the rooftop patio for our morning coffee and during our afternoon break in actives around the city. We will definitely be checking in again!

Smart Lock Convenience: Checking in was a breeze with the smart lock system. No need to worry about keys; it’s all digital and secure. The townhouse is spacious yet cozy. We loved the fireplace! In addition, having a washer and dryer on hand was super convenient. Amber Spinello, the property owner, was attentive and very accommodating. The property was very clean and wonderful, as represented in the photos. Communication was great. Bedrooms were great. Plenty of room for a larger group. Close to downtown, the childrens museum, zoo, and a playground within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone who needs space, wants somewhere clean and new, and appreciates a great responsive owner. Thanks!

Everything was very clean and new. The check-in was very easy. This condo is in a neighborhood that is undergoing revitalization and we felt safe there. The condo is close to the zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, and the CHI Health Center venue. The owner was very responsive to communications via vrbo. I would definitely recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful stay - everything we needed for our family of 6. The property was clean, organized, and modern. Close to CHI (sports tournaments) and other facilities/attractions. Stellar communication with host, Amber. We'll definitely stay again :)!!

We stayed one night, but it’s located in a really nice spot in Omaha. Lots of stairs, but not a big deal for us. Budget friendly and amber is a good host!

I went to Omaha with a couple friends to meet up with another, go to a show. We were thoroughly impressed with this property. Great location, nicely put together, well located near Little Bohemia. Will definitely book again.

This townhouse is great for a family with the three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. We loved having the private garage. The property was decorated so cute and was so clean! It was only a short drive to the zoo. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone who has trouble with stairs, but that is the only drawback I could see.

We were in town to see ‘Beautiful’ at the Omaha Community Playhouse. Location was conveniently located to Old Market, restaurants, and airport. Property was immaculate and everything felt brand new. Neighborhood was very quiet. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop that we used for morning yoga and evening drinks. A nice bonus for a Vrbo property. Amber was easy to work with and very accommodating. All around Beautiful weekend. :)

Great location near the zoo and a few other outside places for the kids to run great food in the area.

This property is well stocked. Having a one year old, the crib and high chair was very nice to have. The property is well located close to the zoo and old town marked area. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was so perfect for our family’s weekend in Omaha! We had not planned to have our youngest stay in the crib that’s included, but it worked perfectly for us! It was beautifully decorated. So convenient being only a few minutes from the zoo, and downtown! We decided to stay an additional night after our initial booking and Amber was super accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, new and spotlessly clean rental. Located in an older neighborhood close to the Old Market and Zoo. Can actually walk to Old Market if you like. Unit was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Loved the location and felt very safe there, access to garage a bonus. Had multiple cars and left 1 parked on the street and had no problems. Would highly recommend.

My college aged son and I stayed at this amazing property as we were making the journey from CA to MN this past week. He was (and us) dealing with a serious issue with his health. This beautiful home was a much needed respite from the stress we were undergoing. I only wish circumstances had been different and we could have stayed longer to enjoy this home and all that Omaha had to offer. Stay in this home—it is amazing!!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. The location can’t be beat, with close proximity to almost all popular attractions/destinations. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. The house is well cared for and easily accessible. Owner was very responsive and great to work with. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. I especially loved relaxing on the rooftop deck after a long day of sightseeing with my kids.

My family and I came in from Houston, Texas to Omaha for my grandmothers funeral. We had the best experience renting this adorable place! Everything was so nice, clean and so welcoming, adorable and comfortable! Amber was so easy to communicate with and she even went out of her way to have a coffee maker, filters and coffee delivered to the house after already having a Keurig. The beds and beddings were amazing and so comfortable! The location was great! Close to the airport and Papillon and Bellevue were not far way. This place is a must rent! Will definitely rent it again if we come back to Omaha!

Amber is an awesome host! The place was absolutely amazing. So cute and completely up to date. She always answered promptly and we did not have one issue. I would HIGHLY recommend Amber and her cute townhouse! We will be staying again!

Spent the night in Omaha with my teenage kids for a night away from the small-town life. We were so impressed with this house and will definitely stay here again! Amber communicated with me promptly and often about checking in and out. The house was very clean and comfortable. With 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of privacy and saves time getting ready with multiple people. We loved the uniqueness of the home, with 3 stories and the little relaxing rooftop area. Being able to park in a garage is also a plus, even though the area seemed very safe. Overall, we give 5+ stars!

We stayed for a weekend our anniversary with another couple and enjoyed it tremendously! Very clean and a brand new build. We were able to cook our own meals and enjoyed the gathering area for relaxation and playing cards. We hope to be back in the summer months to enjoy the outdoor deck!

This is one of the best locations I have stayed at if not the best and I travel constantly for work. Amber assured we were taken care of every step of the way. She was communicative and helpful. Throughout our three month stay we had no issues whatsoever. The house is warm, welcoming and spotless. Everything was in the right spot, the decor was modern and accommodating. If I’m ever in the Omaha area I’d book again with Amber in a heartbeat .
