Close to the beach, on the lagoon, amazing outdoor space. My family loved this vacation. The house had a few storage issues and the sleeping arrangements were a little awkward. We had 9 people there and it was tight, I cannot imagine 20 people there. But we would stay again. Loved the outdoor area

Overall we had a wonderful time. The tv by the pool didn’t work ever and no effort was made to fix it. The pool was dirty when we arrived, I asked for it to be cleaned we did swim in it for 3 days and turns out pool had black algae (which is harmful) we had no pool for 4 days until it was taken care of. I had to ask for more towels which I did get, we were given one kitchen towel. I did ask if they come back and do some cleaning. All of the vents were covered in thick dirt and dust, and the overall cleaning of this place was not clean. Corners were dirty. If you moved anything it was dirty. There was rat droppings underneath the chairs. The kitchen refrigerator is broken. The stove is broken. It says it has covered parking, but there is remodeling material in the garage area. I had to ask for them to come and do maintenance on the grill to use it. I did ask for a credit of some kind I was offered $100. I told him that was not acceptable and now they’ve told me to reach out to Vrbo because if there was any credit that’s who would credit me, I will not be renting from them again, and would not recommend them

Excellent location with access to the lagoon and beach. Loved having a nearby grocery store we could walk to as well. The house has spacious and the outdoor amenities were a perfect addition to have. Would love to book it again in the future.

We are a big blended family, 8 adults and 4 grandchildren. This was the perfect house and in many ways my dream house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do whatever they wanted. Some swam, some fished, we enjoyed having a fire, and most of all being together. Photo’s don’t do this house justice. Would definitely rent again.

The property was exactly like the pictures but even better! The view was amazing. We had 3 families stay for spring break and there was plenty of room for all 12 of us. We would come back here every time!

Great property and very easy check in process. Our only suggestion would be take Hot Tub out of the heading of property advertisement, its only hot if you pay an extra $250 to have someone come out and heat it..

The property is fantastic, great spaces for large groups with wonderful amenities. The mngt company could improve, out of 3 or so requests for assistance everything was turned down pretty promptly. I understand setting boundaries, but for the amount of money we hoped for more cooperation and support. Much as we enjoyed the property we will stay elsewhere in the future.

We really enjoyed this house, very close to the beach and with a dock at the lagoon side.
We spent 90% of our time at the pool, we also enjoyed the outdoor bar + TV, corn hole and ping pong table.
We will be back.

Property was everything they promised and more. We had a beautiful view of sunsets along with quite evenings to spend with the family. This was a great time to reconnect with family and relax by the great recreational area by the pool. Will definitely be back.
