Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Al mio arrivo mi ha offerto due bottiglie d'acqua fresca.

This place was extremely clean and new with a nice garden. Everything that we needed was available and the host was very helpful and welcoming. The place is a few minutes walk to the train station where you can grab a train to Naples, , Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Pompei and many other locations. The beach is a 20 minute walk where you will find great food with good views of the sunset.
The owner Angelo was great, honest and welcoming person. He was available whenever we need him. I highly reccomend this place for those who wants to visit, Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi coast.

The owner is nice and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We recommend the cafe opposite and restaurant La Palme. The apartment is very close to the train station from where you can see all the tourist attractions.

Everything was nice, the apartmee was very beautiful. The location is nice as there is a train station nearby. The owner was very nice and kind, he gave us a welcome gift. He gave us very useful information. Recommended for a family.

It's a beautiful hotel with clean rooms, in a great location. There is a lot of Restaurants around. There is a free parking lot, and the hosts were so kind and helpful, I can recommend it to everyone! 😊

Everything was great. We stayed in the little summer house in the back of the villa. Fully equipped kitchen comfy beds and overall good. Location is also nice only a few km from pompei and not a long drive from sorrento. Would recommend to rent a sccoter and explore the area. The owner was also very helpful in sourcing us a scooter for the week.

The accommodation was pleasant and clean, an enclosed garden for plenty of privacy, the owner very helpful and kind...he arranged for us an early taxi to the airport in the early hours of the morning, a sweet breakfast across the street in a pastry shop of our choice, a super restaurant right next to our accommodation, from garden beautiful view of Vesuvius. the train station is just 200 meters from the accommodation, which made it very easy for us to travel around the sights and to Naples.

We had a great time at Villa Marisa. The accommodation is close to the train station “Pioppaino” where nearly all the Circumvesuviana trains stop. The city center of Castellamare di Stabia is only two stops away. Alternatively, you can walk there within an hour, the second half along the nice promenade. We travelled completely without car, only by train and bus, which was easily possible. The spacious rooms are minimalistic furnished, but with everything you need. The garden is beautiful. There you can sit comfortably and relax. The bar across the street offers best Italian breakfast with delicious pastry and great coffee. The host was always friendly and supportive, easily reachable via WhatsApp. He answered all our questions (and we had many :) ), gave us good recommendations (beaches, restaurants, …) and showed us also places apart from the touristic spots.
