Morning to like full of mould and dirt

the price and location was exactly what we were looking for

the facilities could have been better within the cabin. There was nowhere to cook a decent meal, apart from a microwave and also only 1 mug to drink tea or coffee from, so we had to take it in turns. The pictures when we booked the cabin online were not like the cabin we booked at all, ours was much smaller and had less facilities

Location

The bottom of the shower leaked water, people all around the house moving around and you can hear every step, the electricity would hardly charge our phones, dead flies around the room, dogs woke us up early hours

Nice cabin, helpful guest who was able to drive us to the racecourse

They had double booked and tried to get us to leave the property once we were already at the races with nowhere else to stay. Also had dogs who were very big, barking and running at guests and not caged in

Nothing, it was disgusting

All of it, bed was awful, triple booked us, dirty, decking was healthy and safety hazard. Promised us £60 cash back because they triple booked but never got it. Blinds were broke, dusty, bed wasn't a double, lights outside flashing all night

Nice family run business. Was welcomed by owner. He showed us the way and how things worked. The place was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Had a TV fridge sofa double bed. If your looking for a quiet place to chill then this is the place. Only fault was finding the place lol. Little to far from amenities for me as we was on foot. Thank you for a lovely stay myself and my daughter had a lovely time ty

Attentive owner. Comfy bed and duvet. Good location, just a few minute drive from thorpe park.

Cabin was unclean, dirt and what looked like a blood stain on sofa. Power went out after we arrived because we put the radiator on so had no lights/electric, owner turned it back on but wasn't given info about this. Dirty plates/cutlery/etc as well as old, dirty sponge. No door on toilet when it leads straight into kitchen. Batteries taken out of smoke detector, dangerous! Front gate broken. We have dogs ourselves but no info on website about aggressive dog that chased us when we stepped outside of our cabin and barked at us, very intimidating even for someone who loves dogs. Once we arrived, owner did tell us he had dogs and one of them was a bit 'aggro' but completely undersold it; not safe at all for guests to be around a large, violent dog who hates strangers.

There wasn't breakfast.

The site, the accommodation, the cleanliness, if fact there was nothing nice at all.
