The location was a deception as they showed house and on getting to the place, I was send to a portal cabin room at the back of the house.

1. Bed sheets was dirty stained 2. Foul smells 3. Spiders everywhere 4. Phoned host told them we are leaving as we was not comfortable staying the night in poor conditions we had no proper communication from host they pretty much flogged us off didn’t care no refund! 5. The host had a person there to welcome us who did not understand English so we found it difficult communicating 7. We rang the host told them we are leaving all they said was we will be back in touch after speaking to out cleaner we heard nothing we paid another 300 to book hotels for our fighters who boxed at the England national finals it was a nightmare stay away people

We turned up to the very run down looking property and instantly felt uncomfortable. The cleaner answered the door and couldn't speak English and didn't know we were staying. Spoke to a guy who told us the cleaner had to clean our room we were staying in. 15 minutes later, the cleaner comes to get us. The room hadn't been hoovered, there were dishes from the last guests still out, the rug was disgusting, the toilet was blocked. We left after 5 minutes of turning up.

To say the room wasn't clean is a massive understatement. Last guest dishes were still out, and the toilet was blocked. Not clean. They should not be allowed to let their property out.

The dirty bed sheets. The clothes left in the wardrobe from a previous guest. The heavily blood stained bed sheet. The blood on the floor of the bedroom. The dirty smelly pillow cases. The food waste in the bedroom bin. This place is a hazard. Very unclean. Seriously DO NOT BOOK.

The owners were lovely ,and very helpful with everything. The gates to the property were automatic and very easy to use.

The room and bed was unclean with hair everywhere. The bathroom was full of mould and unclean. They also had 3 massive dogs that charge at you and bark. This was very intimidating when you get back to the property.

Not a hotel. Front room of a bungalow.room and facilities applicable to a long term workers residence. Room not checked .TV aerial not fitted. Tea/ coffee and cutlery/ crockery not checked. Bedding and towelling old and tired. Shared shower room, shower to high for disabled access. Paid £71 - totally ripped off - just as well we only wanted a bed for the night. Very poorly advertised from road andsatnav didn't help. Lakeland milk sachets out of date and milk sour. No coffee sachets and tea in a big box, not enough cutlery . Never stayed in a worse place at any price.

I got somewhere to park my car and that's all the good about the place.

Firstly, dogs were left unattended and were very aggressive which forced my wife and I back in the car. All the lady there could say is " They are just big babies ". Secondly, sat in our car and saw them sorting out the room after we called that we have arrived, although check in was 1300 , we got there 1730 and seeing them making the room ready, was very bad as if they were not expecting us. Thirdly, the room were given had cab webs 🕸 all over the ceiling, wardrobes was dusty and I couldn't even use the shower which I didn't know how to operate but no one was there to ask. The thing is, am feeling bad with all this writing but I had to drive all the way back to Scotland and rested in the car rather than lay on the bed here. I was very disappointed and would appreciate if the place could be checked up and make sure it serves its purpose.

Problem with the internet but that is not a problem with the host BT are having problems fixing the fibre for Broadband

Nothing at all. In 80 years have never stated in a worse place..This is not a hotel.

Position, access, room renovation not completed, room smelt musty on entry, crockery and cutlery not checked, lakeland milk sachets out of date and milk gone off. No TV aerial, no door treads (trip hazard), shared bathroom not clean, no extractor fan, shower tray to high (300mm approx) for less able people. No toiletries, tea/coffee maker, not advised about washing machine, ironing, clothes rack,. No garden or courtyard views. I could go on more. The hole site was surrounded by a high fence and electronic gate (entry phone not working), and gave the impressionist was a "travelllers" site and was used as lodgings for casual workers. It is definitely not of a standard to ask £75 for a Saturday or £71 for a Friday night. or even half the price. Luckily we only wanted a bed for the night but would have liked a cup of tea and been able to watch TV. .
