The views here were phenomenal and the main highlight for the stay. The location is remote and up a hill, so the point is to really stay in and enjoy the views from the resort. The room was clean and comfortable with a great balcony that faced the mountain range. The food came in large portions, and we had a pleasant stay. We didn't get to try the spa or pool as we were just there for one night, but am sure it would have been great. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport and Lakeside.
There appears to be some expansion going on, so the resort has a lot of unfinished blocks still - BUT there was no issue with noise or reno work, and there wasn't any inconvenience caused, just an observation. We also saw that they had yoga and meditation offerings, but weren't quite briefed about how to arrange this. Since we were there for just one night we didn't enquire further, but might be good for the front reception staff to expand upon this to guests when we check in :)

we made a reservation for 3-beds room but found only 2 beds plus folding one, which we rejected, and only after an argue with the reception they provided us with a real bed
we were surprise dto find out that we are not allowed to bring any food/drinks with us to the hotel and can only purchase on-site, which is quite outrageous

Exceptional staff and a quiet place to relax. The owner paid attention to detail when they develop this resort - an outstanding job. I'd not hesitate to return or recommend it.

Location was top notch. The view was mesmerising. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Nepal and the staff were attentive.
I walked in the bathroom with hair on the tile. Did mention this while check out on reception but didn’t get any proper response that put me off a bit. But overall was a good experience

pool time as it’s hot in the daytime people would like to go to the pool little bit late as we were couple and wanted to go after sun dawn but the pool timings were not very favourable to our timing so we opt out enjoying . it would be great if you can open the pool until 9ish. other than that the property is very accommodating

The location is beyond amazing - spectacular views of the mountain ranges and lake, with eagles soaring at eye level. A serene break from the bustle of the city.
The food was very good, if expensive by Nepalese standards, and the staff were very friendly.
Large construction currently underway which was noisy and dirty, affecting the ambiance and serenity. If told off this fact prior to arriving and being offered discounted accomodation because of this it would have lessened the disappointment.
I think the power supply was unreliable (not uncommon in Nepal) so during the night when the generator switched on/ off the card slot that activated the power in the room buzzed like an alarm and the aircon switched on automatically, so made for a broken nights sleep.
