Huge complex Stunning grounds and large relaxing areas but expect to pay for all activities

Amazing service on the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staffs are super friendly with great attitude and smiles.
We requested quite a number of times with additional services including extra water, towel, others yet staffs continued to be very attentive and kind.
Highly recommended and live up to it's 5 stars reputation!

A wonderful resort with different pools and areas to lie and relax. Beautiful view of the ocean. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. Having different restaurant options is always great.

Have travelled extensively internationally and this has to be one of the best hotels or resort hotels that we have stayed in. Superb gardens and pools with the beach a few steps from the resort. Also like staying at an art gallery with magnificent artwork around ever corner. Upgrade on arrival made for an even more enjoyable stay.

Lovely grounds, uncrowded layout, several pools and enough sunbeds to be able to grab frontline beds overlooking the beach without too much hassle. Excellent service.

Staff at the hotel are Super Amazing. Very hard working and they look after you so well. Place is well maintained. Great facilities all round. For a 5 star hotel disappointed that there were no in room or welcome complimentary snacks. No chocolate treats, nuts or fruit. A bit stingy at that price.

Area around the hotel was chaotic, dirty and dangerous

We felt the food was poor. I had a Nasi Goreng in the Jimbaran Gardens on night at was terrible. The next morning we ate a La carte in the breakfast room. Eggs Benedict poor with soggy muffin and tiny slices of salmon. My wife had mushy pancakes. We then dined at Balique just down the road which was very good. We breakfasted at Bull Coffee in the other direction with delicious bagels and so so coffee. Brilliant fruit stall next door.
We had a small ceiling leak in the dressing area. Not a big deal but surprising. Great room for size but some tarting up required.

It has a beautiful lobby and amazing grounds and pool area's, and easy access to a lovely stretch of white sandy beach.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
As a couple we found the hotel felt a bit impersonal, but probably due to it's shear size.
The rooms were clean, but a bit dated, and could do with an upgrade.
I would recommend this resort to those that prefer a quieter and cleaner beach than Kuta or Seminyak area.

The hotel room was spacious and nice. However, it was on the edge of the hotel, so it was hard to walk to the room. I was a bit worried about the smell of humidity. Breakfast was delicious at both restaurants. The pool was very clean.

It was the best service I've ever received in the world. If I visit Bali again, I will stay at Intercontinental Jimbaran again. I would appreciate it if you could pass along a compliment to 'Widi' for providing kind and best service.

Hotel internal building layout design not customer friendly. From one area to another need to going around so many corner, very easy to get lose. For example: Even I can see the beach near my room, need to go around entire complex to get there. Suggest to put more sign and trail which can help a lot.

We loved this resort - all the staff were friendly and kind and made our stay a pleasure. The food was delicious with a wide choice. We didn’t leave the resort because we didn’t need to - we had everything we needed there. We would definitely return.

The best staff I have seen in around 50 visits to Bali. The breakfast restaurant staff in particular were just amazing. They quickly learned what we liked and made sure it was available. Sliced mangoes, sushi, and a particular type of dim sim were placed on the table without our having requested them. Staff of this calibre are a direct reflection of management, so congratulations to everyone involved in this area of the hotel.

classic architecture made way for a classy relaxing resort that had everything one needed to take time to soak up the sun, sea, scenery and soul food of Bali- along with picture perfect sunsets, walks on the beach it’s a 10 from me

My partner and i absolutely loved this resort! The grounds are huge, very nice food and amazing staff. Our room was impeccable and we went during low season so the resort was empty. Poolside beds were such a vibe. Highly recommend for couples and families!

Great family friendly hotel situated right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Fab play park. Spacious rooms and lots of facilities. Lovely spa!
We were placed quite a walk away from the lobby which was a slight challenge with a baby! But good access with lifts etc. Main pool was sadly closed for our visit. Very quiet during our stay.
