The lobby isn't attached to the rest of the hotel. There is no elevator. The rooms were clean, but needed a little work, despite being recently renovated. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I’ve stayed here several times over the last three years. Always pleasant.

The Baymont has been through a remodeled and looks great inside and outside. I found the room to be very clean and comfortable with new bedding. The outside was well done with paint and electronic sliding glass doors. The landscaping was clean and mowed.

The rooms exceeded our expectations. They were clean, the bathroom was excellent. Even the stairwell (which is almost always dirty) -was extremely clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Couple things was broken in my room. Some drugs and pills was found in the room. Definitely not safe for children. Cleaning stuff needs more attention.

Our entire stay was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The room was dark, damp, and smelled of smoke, despite being a non-smoking room, and the carpet was sticky. The continental breakfast was awful. We arrived an hour before breakfast hours were over and there was almost nothing available. The only bread products were 4 mini-muffins, the waffle batter was empty, the milk ran out when we tried the cereal, the sausage was undercooked and still cold in the middle, but the eggs were tolerable if you covered them in ketchup. The staff member when we checked in was not very friendly or helpful and clearly didn't want to be there. He sat there watching during breakfast, but only refilled the coffee and eggs, even though everything else was empty. Their website said they had cribs available (which is one of the reasons we picked this location over another), but the guy didn't even know what they were, made a call, and told us they just didn't have any, period. Then when we were going back and forth to load up our car, the keycard stopped working, even though it was 30 mins before checkout time, and we had to find someone to let us in to get the rest of our things. That two positives were that there was decent (hot) water pressure in the shower, and the staff member when we were checking out was very polite and helpful. We would not go back, even if the room was free.

Room had a musty smell. Needed to be more sound proof. Noise from interstate was terrible. No pool. Was happy for pet accommodations. Not the typical Baymont we have stayed at before. Needs updated to your company standards.

Everytime we go through Illinois we stop here. It may not be the most picturesque hotel but it is quiet, very clean, friendly staff when I asked for an extra pillow without hesitation I received one, good breakfast and the location is super easy to the expressway and restaurants. Everything you could want in one spot.

Got to the hotel to check in The hotel did not have my reservation. hotels.com book me under the wrong name with the wrong credit card. After trying to get booked in for an hour and a half, I finally just told hotels.com to give me a refund. I had to wait another 30 minutes for a supervisor, from hotels.com to authorize such refund. My overall experience with hotels.com has been nothing but horrifying.

I really love the atmosphere of this place and the cleanliness of the place and friendliness of staff. I didn’t like the fact of no microwave in the room

I had no idea this was a trucker’s motel. Thought I was booking a hotel. No smoking signs were posted, but the room, hallway, literally everything reeked of cig smoke. I’m still not feeling well from it. The gentleman at the desk spoke disjointed English but was very courteous. Room was otherwise clean.

Very dated ! People standing outside the room next door smoking and the smoke would drift in our room ! There was only one chair in the room so you have to lay on the bed or stand up !!

As always, the staff is very accommodating I will definitely return and stay at this hotel

There is a reception called K.P.(i am not sure whether I spell the name right) who is very rude，speaks Hindi when he check me in and i am pretty sure he was complaining. I can tell by his face. And he was laughing when we were trying to check in and makes me feeling that he is mocking us，but i don't even know this guy！！ That reception gave me a very terrible experience in this hotel，will never come again！！

Booked a room with 1 king. Got a room with 2 twins. On duty attendant said no rooms with king beds
