Bed was extremely comfortable, but was at an odd angle in room (faced window, setting sun blazed right into bed, not facing TV). Hallway noise was EXTREMELY loud from neighboring guests and doors slamming could be heard easily inside room. Nice gym and lobby area.

Overall great stay! We stayed 2 days in the area for a wedding. Close to everything walking distance. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable no complaints.

Was good but not great. Most hotels these days have TVs that let you log into your Netflix, this one only had basic cable. They didn’t have those luggage trolly carts so we had to lug all of our bags up to our room. Having 2 small children means I had to take multiple trips to get our stuff in and out of the hotel. Lastly they charge for internet use. I haven’t been to a hotel in a long time that nickel and dimes you to get on the WiFi. Otherwise the people were nice and the place was decent enough. I just can’t give a 4 or 5 to a place lacking in those departments. Hope this helps.

The hotel was a decent stay. The staff was not upfront about the extra charge it was to park a vehicle, so at the end of my trip I had an extra $40/day charge on top of the rate that was previously quoted to me. The signage is not clear as far as hotel guests vs non-guests needing to pay $40/day to park in the structure since you enter/depart with a room key.

Minor mishaps: service at host station at Fresh was poor — we had to wait to be seated both days. Also, host at check in forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers. And watch out for the $39/night parking fee. Otherwise great service, comfortable room. very nice place.

Hotel looks outdated from the outside. Inside there were a few things I didn't like. Windows not the best, traffic noise entering the room even though I was on the top floor. Heater very loud. Overall it was a good stay.

my room wasn't cleaned for 3 days and I only got a reaction when I called at 8pm on the 3rd. day. NO room service, long lines at check in, breakfast voucher only allowed one drink, ie had to pay for orange juice. the room was old and a cold always, even when thermometer set at 76F

I had a nice stay for an extended weekend trip to San Diego. The hotel was overall very clean. There was always someone cleaning the lobby, the rooms, the floor, the elevator.
As of the room itself, the room looked and felt old. The room and room furniture definitely needs a remodel. However, the room was clean and satisfactory. It's worth noting that the TV didn't work half of the time and the WiFi is very slow for hotel standards.
Overall, this is a good hotel to stay at because of its convenience to Westfield UTC and the 5 and 805 freeways. I would stay here again.

My 5 year old daughter was woken up from someone repeatedly banging on the wall and scaring her. The front desk did not address the issue. We left at 1030 at not and did not complete our stay. I was offered 5,000 points....what a joke. I paid 574 for the time frame of 4 pm Saturday through 11 am Monday. We were denied an early check in time even though I was specifically told that I would be able to check in at 1030 am. So total I stayed with my child was 26 hrs. I also spent over 200 dollars at the hotel in your restaurants. I most certainly will not be staying there again. I can't believe your hotel offered me 5000 points. What exactly am I supposed to do with that? I would have assumed for the inconvenience and overall bad experience you would have at least offered a complimentary night but I was obviously wrong.
