Very disappointed! I have stayed here a few times in the past and the quality and cleanliness has definitely declined! Bathroom has pubic hairs in the tub and smelled like vomit! The young lady at check in was very nice and courteous but that was the best part of our stay. Toilet got clogged on the first use when I went to pee and they couldn’t find a plunger or the maintenance guy for a while. I definitely expected a better stay and hope they do better in the future

My husband stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean and very large. We booked a King suite. However the walls are very thin. While we were trying to fall asleep we could hear people on the other side of the wall talking and then the room above us who kept slamming their door and stomping. It just seems like it needs more insulation. The lobby has a weird smell as well but looked clean. The staff was all very friendly. The breakfast was great. The hotel is very centralized to where ever you need to go. We will stay again but maybe on a higher floor.

It was ok. Overpriced. They should have Togo breakfast for early flights. For the price of a one night stay. The front desk guy this morning and the shuttle driver where not friendly. To bad they are in the hospitality service. But hey it’s Florida. Rude people.

We stay at the Embassy Suites for the weekend. Our room was on the 13th Floor, and a family reunion in multiple rooms surrounded us. Doors slammed, folks yelling and rowdy until 2 am. Yikes. The room was ok, but the sinks would fill up and slow to drain. The pool and surrounding area need a refresh. Overall, the stay was decent but I would choose a different hotel next time in West Palm.

Service was average at best. Res desk & FD couldn’t find my res. Next time it came up, again we were “not found” w too much going back & forth to find it. Server couldn’t manage to get the feta on side, and when he went back, he just scraped off the feta from lettuce. In days of food allergies that’s unacceptable. Food at breakfast and dinner was poor although the ambience was great. Libby and restaurant were ver spacious.

The hotel itself was clean and tidy. It’s a bit outdated in decor. The beds were very comfortable. We did ask for extra pillows but there was only one available and we had to come down to the lobby to retrieve it. We also noticed that there was a leak from the toilet on the bathroom floor. I had to put a towel down to dry it up. We were only going to stay one night so we did not make a huge deal over it. The air conditioner did not work properly and it was about 96 in West Palm that day. The room took forever to cool down.

I stayed in a suite and the bedroom was too far from the bathroom. The bathroom was located close to the kitchen and the front door, to get to the bathroom I had to walk through the living area, walk by the kitchen area to get to the bathroom; as a senior citizen getting up during the night it was not convenient.
