Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The outside areas, mainly the buildings' walkways and stairways are in need of TLC and could use some power washing. Overall, the place met our needs for 2 nights and the price was good. Convenient access to highway into Boston.

I honestly cannot believe we paid such a small price for such a nice place!!! I booked this hotel for a night because I needed a place to sleep for the night after going to a concert at Fenway Park. I went ahead and booked one of the bigger rooms and it was TOTALLY worth it. I had low expectations because of the price but everything exceeded my expectations. The room was nice and clean and my kids loved how the bedrooms were separated and each one had its own bathroom. They actually have good curtains in each room so you don't get that annoying glare of light coming into your room from the street lights or porch lights. The lady at the desk was also super nice and accommodating. If I ever go back to the Boston area I will DEFINITELY be going here again.

It was very quaint and serene. More like a small condo complex instead of a hotel. The only thing not to write home about was the lack of bars of soap. I don’t know if they were out, or just don’t carry it besides liquid soap, but it was hard to come by. Nothing to give less stars about though

The front desk is only open from 8AM - 8 PM, so if you need anything, no one is available. We came home late and need extra sheets for the pullout couch and no one was available.
There was a portable air conditioner running that keep shutting off and turning on, this kept us up most of the night. The rug was damp feeling. after 30 minutes in the room, my daughter had 3 mosquito bites on her leg.
Lastly, My I am hoping that this is just a heat rash, but now I have a strange linear row of bites on my arm.

The bathroom sink and bathtub would not drain. We had to stand in ankle deep water to shower. the kitchen is claimed to be fully stocked and it had the bare basics and the pans had peeling Teflon that got into my food.

Very clean and friendly place to stay. The elevators were down most of our stay which was inconvenient when we went to get our luggage out. Overall, very good place.

I have no idea how this property can be highly rated. It definitely needs a renovation. Furniture was falling apart. For a long-term stay property, they didn't have many of the amenities in the kitchen that are needed. No onsite staff on the weekends. We would never recommend this place or stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay there, the after hours check in instructions were simple and would come back however there were bird droppings on the halls, dumpster lid was open exposing all the trash, part of the floors on the hallways were missing concrete. A better Job with the cleanliness all around the property would do some good.

Location was terrific as were the amenities. Two minor qualms with our stay. TV service was horrific, like something from the 1970's. It really didn't matter to us since we weren't sitting around watching TV, but for someone who would be stuck in the room for a bit, it could be a factor. Secondly, because there was no one on the desk on Saturday after 6, there was no one to ask about the location of the fitness center, which was noted on the facilities map, but it's location not indicated. Again a minor issue, and given the price point of this stay, perhaps even a little petty to mention. Would I go back at the same rate? Absolutely I would.

Absolutely amazing. Price was fantastic, room felt like an apartment, a home away from home! The only problem I have was it was impossible to contact the staff! Room phone didn’t work and every time I called it was busy. A week later my deposit is still pending and can’t get a hold of them!

Got this for a stay during a visit to Boston. Nice hotel with the comforts of a small kitchen. I was a little concerned about some of the residents when we checked in, but we had no issues other than some loud noise outside our when when people were swimming.
Check in was convenient, but be aware the front desk is closed after 8pm, which would have been a big issue as we had no spare linens in the room for the sofa bed.
Also be aware that there are not many choices for food nearby.

However, i noticed some damage to a blackout drape and it was after the desk closed for the night.
Hoping this doesn't get charged to my deposit.

The facility was very nice and comfortable. One problem was that we booked a stay for 3 persons, but there were only two sets of towels in the suite, which we didn't notice until late after the office closed down and there was no one to contact until the next morning. All in all we were pleased and would consider staying there again.

What a nice find for accommodations for an extended stay! Great to have a small working kitchen which we made use of. Very comfortable and very helpful and friendly staff.

While check-in was wonderful and the lady was very nice, everything after that was awful. Had to walk through a cloud of mosquitoes to get to our room so we spent the first 20 min killing mosquitoes that came inside when we opened the door (didn’t get them all and woke up with bites). Realized there were no sheets for the pull-out couch, tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room didn’t work and got a busy signal when calling from our phone. We were told the front desk closes at 8pm (essentially no staff overnight) so instead of waiting to get through on the phone my son went to the front desk to get sheets (thus, walking through a the mosquitoes and allowing more in). It has been hot and humid, but the room and everything in it felt damp… the carpet, the bed sheets, the towels etc. Decided to take a shower before bed, but we had no hot water! Tried the front desk again but still a busy signal (tried several more times over 10 minutes) so it was clear it wasn't just temporarily busy. Would absolutely not stay here again.
