You have to be self sufficient, take out your own trash and go to the office for new towels. They don’t provide that service. But the price was right.

there is a strong odor in the room. Despite the beautiful view, the odor (something like those cheap home after painting, using a cheap paint) drove me crazy and sleepless. Hopefully these paint odor is not toxic or carcinogenic. Will choose other hotels next time.

The staff was nice. The room was bigger than I thought, it's like a complete mini appartment, I loved it. Very clean everywhere. The only thing I didn't like was the gym, there was nothing I could use, it is so small.

From the moment we checked in, we received great, friendly service. This hotel seems geared more around long-term stays, and as such, our room was more like a one bedroom apartment, with a dedicated kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Every room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant to live in. It was explained to us that due to the nature of the establishment, room service and housekeeping weren't offered like at a traditional hotel, but we could always request additional towels or toiletries. A small laundromat was also on site for laundry service. It was just close enough to Boston (about 20-25 minutes), and the surrounding towns (Marlboro was amazing!)
I can't recommend this place enough, and will return in the future for sure!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The outside areas, mainly the buildings' walkways and stairways are in need of TLC and could use some power washing. Overall, the place met our needs for 2 nights and the price was good. Convenient access to highway into Boston.

We hated that hours of front desk are so limited. What if there was an emergency? Also, the pillows sucked and we couldn’t request more because we arrived at 5:55 pm and no one was at the front desk. No one was there for check out at 10:30 am on Sunday either.

I honestly cannot believe we paid such a small price for such a nice place!!! I booked this hotel for a night because I needed a place to sleep for the night after going to a concert at Fenway Park. I went ahead and booked one of the bigger rooms and it was TOTALLY worth it. I had low expectations because of the price but everything exceeded my expectations. The room was nice and clean and my kids loved how the bedrooms were separated and each one had its own bathroom. They actually have good curtains in each room so you don't get that annoying glare of light coming into your room from the street lights or porch lights. The lady at the desk was also super nice and accommodating. If I ever go back to the Boston area I will DEFINITELY be going here again.

It was very quaint and serene. More like a small condo complex instead of a hotel. The only thing not to write home about was the lack of bars of soap. I don’t know if they were out, or just don’t carry it besides liquid soap, but it was hard to come by. Nothing to give less stars about though

The front desk is only open from 8AM - 8 PM, so if you need anything, no one is available. We came home late and need extra sheets for the pullout couch and no one was available.
There was a portable air conditioner running that keep shutting off and turning on, this kept us up most of the night. The rug was damp feeling. after 30 minutes in the room, my daughter had 3 mosquito bites on her leg.
Lastly, My I am hoping that this is just a heat rash, but now I have a strange linear row of bites on my arm.

The bathroom sink and bathtub would not drain. We had to stand in ankle deep water to shower. the kitchen is claimed to be fully stocked and it had the bare basics and the pans had peeling Teflon that got into my food.

Very clean and friendly place to stay. The elevators were down most of our stay which was inconvenient when we went to get our luggage out. Overall, very good place.

We enjoyed our stay there, the after hours check in instructions were simple and would come back however there were bird droppings on the halls, dumpster lid was open exposing all the trash, part of the floors on the hallways were missing concrete. A better Job with the cleanliness all around the property would do some good.

I have no idea how this property can be highly rated. It definitely needs a renovation. Furniture was falling apart. For a long-term stay property, they didn't have many of the amenities in the kitchen that are needed. No onsite staff on the weekends. We would never recommend this place or stay there again.

Location was terrific as were the amenities. Two minor qualms with our stay. TV service was horrific, like something from the 1970's. It really didn't matter to us since we weren't sitting around watching TV, but for someone who would be stuck in the room for a bit, it could be a factor. Secondly, because there was no one on the desk on Saturday after 6, there was no one to ask about the location of the fitness center, which was noted on the facilities map, but it's location not indicated. Again a minor issue, and given the price point of this stay, perhaps even a little petty to mention. Would I go back at the same rate? Absolutely I would.

Staff only onsite until 6pm on weekends which is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise great spot. The "room" was more like a small two bedroom apartment, it even had a bathroom for each bedroom. Great restaurant/pub just a 5 minute walk away

Nice, quiet, and meets convenient needs for an extended stay. Pool was nice and clean, laundry was ok. Staff was friendly.

Absolutely amazing. Price was fantastic, room felt like an apartment, a home away from home! The only problem I have was it was impossible to contact the staff! Room phone didn’t work and every time I called it was busy. A week later my deposit is still pending and can’t get a hold of them!
