TV remote didn't work had to be replaced

They have come a long way since I stayed here a couple months ago .Good job

The location and staff were positive attributes of this hotel. The room wasn't carpeted, which was nice - wood flooring.

Outdated and grungy feeling halls, elevators and kitchen area of room. The room was clean but hair in shower.

The staff was ok. Did not really see anyone. When we checked in at 4:30 we were told that they needed a few more mins to finish cleaning the room because they only had one house keeper.

The room was filthy. Mold on the shower curtain, plie of dirt under the lamp, bag over the smoke detector, the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, rhe lamps next to the bed did not work, last guests food left in the fridge, and bathroom was need of some repairs

they said they would refund my deposit and they didn't. that and dishonesty.

it was close to a lot place eat and do things, love that it had a stove top and a normal size fridge will be going back

Location was nice. Right off then highway, convenient for why I was there.

No continental breakfast. Was expecting more than pre packed muffins and crap coffee. As soon as we walked in there was a guest yelling in the lobby about wanting a refund due to how dirty her room was. That put me off because I thought my room was going to be disgusting as well. After 2 failed room key activations I was relocated to a different floor. I prayed as I walked in. Was slightly disappointed. Our trash still had trash in it. Hotel keys and someone’s actual keys. Lamp bulb was burnt out and there were spider webs in the corners. One had a spider in it! The shower curtain was covered in mold. The sheets had some stains on them as well. I wish I didn’t have to write this cause I understand how hard it must be to keep up with such a huge place but this was just unacceptable.

When we got to this hotel, there was no room for us. They said they were over sold and when we go there about 11 pm there was no room and they tried calling a few other places but no rooms available. When I called letting them know we wouldn't be there until the evening, I was told we had until 2 am. Then they said the problem was due to booking.com. However they still took $160 from the bank when the room was $94 a night plus tax. An hour later we found a motel with one room left, several towns away. This wasn't right. Disabled seniors were expected to sleep in a cold car all nightnothing
