There is was no water pressure. Couldn’t take a shower in the morning before leaving.

It was really good choice to stay for a short period of time . amenities and facilities are convenient. They provide a great breakfast. Coffe, tea and water in the lobby area 24 hours. Nice place inside with indoor pool. Àirport transer 24 hours . And price is amazing for this service.
If I visit Detroit again, sure I will come back to this place.

The room was nice, but the shower didn’t get very warm at all. We had two rooms and both showers were the same.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This hotel is absolutely terrible. We got to the room and the lights didn’t work, the air conditioning unit wouldn’t turn on, the shower had dirt in it, and the room had dead spiders and spider webs everywhere. We decided to leave immediately and find somewhere else. I was told we would be refunded and would receive an email of confirmation. I haven’t received either. When I called to fix the issue, I was given an out of service email address.

My stay was very good. Nice hotel had a lot of newer rooms but they were over priced. Convent to airport and stores and restaurants. Friendly customer service nice bar and grill food was good.

We were not given room we booked online upon check in. The first room was not clean, the a/c did not work, the toilet ran, and there were spiders in the window. Got the room we did book online, it was old, worn, not very clean. The cafe had excellent food and the bartender/waitress was wonderful. The cafe is also a bar and a teen hangout. Pool was filled with screaming children. Staff was unfriendly. The property has so much untapped potential.

Parking is $10/day, the shuttle runs every half hour 24 hours/day. The girl at the front desk was super cheerful and friendly.

The bed was terrible. Toilet was broken each time it was flushed. Water bottles left behind upon arrival. AND the pool had severe algae and possible mold build up on the stairs and dolphin emblems.

The staff were great. But my television did not work and I didnt have toliet paper in room. Neither was fixed even after making a request. Failtiy was old and run down.

I stayed 31/2 weeks and had to beg for room service which I only got once! I had to change the garbage in my room and take the towels to the front desk to get clean towels. They also get very upset it seams if you try to take any breakfast item to your room. Not to mention the railing on the stairs was coming off and they were sticky and as someone who is handicapped i needed that rail to go up and down those stairs.

Surprised to see Wyndham name attached to this property. Should have done more research on the hotels in this area. Thought maybe the rating was circumstantial but now i’m surprised it’s rated that high. Bathroom was way too small, toilet seat wasn’t even tight, couldn’t even sit on the toilet normally because of the positioning!! AC was loud as hell not to mention it did a great job of keeping the floor and the bed closest to the window nice and cold!! Ive stayed at some pretty sketchy places in my 24 yrs in the military but wow!!.. Wyndham you need to do better, but considering that place you’d be better off cutting your losses!!..

The pool was awesome, a little cool for my taste, but the granddaughter loved it. The clerk who checked me in was great, but the other lady was rude, we had 2 rooms checking in, and our van was parked outside, and the africian-American women, said, to move that van, she had a vip coming in. Sorry we are the vips, but I guess not. Put me in a bit of sour mood. We moved the van, did the check in, got the cart, and guess what the VIP, was not there yet. RUDE

The hotel was not like the pictures posted and I wish I had saw the reviews ahead of time, the service desk rep was rude had a attitude, the hotel building was hot and outdated, the room smell was old and gloomy, the toilet was for toddler, the bathroom looked nothing like the pictures, and water did not drain, the carpet was old and I’m sure it was the reason for the room smell. The tv was outdated and the bed and pillows were lumpy. Worst experience I have had ever. Would not recommend or return.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke when we requested non smoking. Male housekeeper entered our room without knocking while I was getting dressed, luckily my husband was with me. Bed had a thin sheet, called to see if they had thicker blankets so I can grab them, was told they would bring them up and nobody came. Got a knock at 9:00 pm on our last night from staff saying we had to pay it leave even though we paid in full when we arrived and confirmed on my credit card account. Asked to speak to the manager and was told they only communicate via email. June kept talking over me as I tried to show her the payment information. Also saw there were additional charges that were not authorized. Worst experience, stay away!

The air conditioner was falling off the wall and not functioning properly at all, the door was stuck and I had to shove it to open. More signage would be helpful as I went in a circle before I found my room along with several others who showed up around the same time as me. It was nice to have a shuttle to and from the airport. And the staff was super friendly.

Horrible experience. Don’t ever recommend. They scam you, doors don’t lock, can be opened from the outside, staff rude, nothings open, pools closed, bars closed, restaurants closed. But Krystal at the front desk will be sure to give you coupons for the restaurant & let you think everything’s open upon arrival. Definitely sex trafficking happening here. STAY AWAY
