Absolutely wonderful hotel that met our needs and beyond. Especially helpful and wonderful staff - thank you so much to Afonso for all the great recommendations, and Alan for the immaculate welcome during our arrival.

Room service was very slow and sometimes they forget to the point of you having to call back again after an hour

We enjoyed a brilliant first stay in Lisbon and helped by the staff and facilities at Corinthia hotel. Nothing was too much and every staff member was helpful. They also provided a cake and bottle of wine for my birthday. The gym was very good and there is a swimming pool. Definitely recommend and hopefully return one day.

A nice welcoming Hotel with an extremely nice smell, once you enter it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, exactly as you would expect from a 5 star Hotel. The bed quality luxurious. However, we give only 4 star as an overall rating due to the following reasons: 1. swimming pool area was slightly outdated with the wooden floor and not providing a cozy vibe. The swimming pool with 25 degree was slightly too cold. There was a lot of noice from children, which disturbed several guests, as they screamed around and used the swimming pool area as a “playground” for 1 hour. The staff did not react professional on behalf of all guests and was not doing anything. I have informed the SPA team about it, the reaction was not as I would expect from such a Hotel - in many other Hotels that I have stayed, the reaction and behaviour would have been much better. I hope that this improves in the future. 2. Our room was not cleaned after our first night, despite us having turned on “make room”. Since the cleaning staff is coming twice, we called the room housekeeping to clean it. The housekeeping confirmed that it will be done immediately. While we waited almost 1 hour in the lobby and went back to the room, nothing was done… only the ironing board which we also requested was put inside the room. We complained at the reception and received a very poor justification…we would have expected more. All in all, the Hotel is recommended but during our stay we were slightly disappointed.

Excellent stay with the family. Staff go above and beyond and you are treated like royalty. Will be back on my next stay in Lisbon. Excellent public transport connections to all parts of Lisbon

The hotel was nice and clean, liked the rooms. The swimming pool was small and the jacuzzi was not included in the use which was a let down. They also had a 24 floor terrace, which they did not let us visit and we were only asked to viit the bars on the ground floor which didn't have a city view. I don't think VIP access meant much.

Lovely rooms with big beds, room service sometime twice a day. Lovely breakfast and close to the metro and station with a small supermarket 80 yards away. A good hotel with friendly staff.

This is a wonderful, well presented property. Mix or modern with nature. Top class service, staff and amenities. A truly relaxing and pleasant experience!

Amazing room and service. Spa let it down slightly and also turn down was slightly earlier than would be convenient!

Excellent hotel

This was a very comfortable hotel. The breakfast was pricey, but worth it in terms of food quality/options. If the morning weather is comfortable, I highly recommend having your breakfast outside as they have a fantastic outdoor area. The service was great. Every employee seemed happy to help us. For the folks that like to use the mass transit in foreign cities, this hotel has easy access (five minute walk) to the subway and rail lines. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Lisbon.

Best hotel for your honey moon! We really enjoyed our time here. Service was amazing, did get a little slower closer to the end of our stay but overall it was an amazing experience!

Check in and check out was difficult and time costuming

THis hotel was lovely, safe and comfortable. However, the area around it was not really a tourist area. Few places to eat or get coffee/breakfast. It was also not in the heart of town so it required an Uber ride into the heart of Lisbon where all of the touristy things are. Overall, a very nice hotel with several good erstaurants.

Stay was fab, the hotel staff were amazing.

Fantastic facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. The location was surprising at first but we came to really appreciate being just outside the touristic area as it offered much more benefit than downfall. The gym and pool were great. The breakfast could use some improvement but everything else was excellent.
