It was fantastic. Location was within walking distance to festival.

The only issue we had was the bbq pits and tables they have outside were right in front of our room and people were out there partying. It was a little loud with laughter and music. They stayed out there till around 10:30. And no we didn’t complain to staff seeing it wasn’t their fault that some people are a bit inconsiderate of others. Just whoever stays there think of others who may be staying there as well.

We were delighted at check-in to be offered an upgrade to a handicap room for a small additional price, so we would have a 1st floor room because we are elderly.
The room looked clean and smelled good.
However, there was no cold water in the bathroom sink. (In Texas, in the summer, there usually isn't any real cold water, but at least its not hot.) And, there was not a box of facial tissue in the room anywhere. There was a "kitchenette", but no dishes, pots/pans, etc. (We hadnt planned to cook, so that was ok). There was also no food offered in the morning.
Most disturbing was there was only enough hot water for one shower.
I was pleased this hotel got rid of the carpet during the renovations! We were also pleased with the lower rates, but we probably will not return, mainly because of not enough hot water for two showers.

Super clean, super nice, super cold AC, parking no problem. This place reminded me of an old school motel.. The room was up-to-date And very pleasant. Can’t beat the location. It’s across the street from the beach. Very clean outside also. This is a place you could stay without a headache. Just check in go do your thing and have fun and know that when you come back there won’t be a roach waiting for you.

I was given a handicap room. Fortunately, I am not handicap.
However, bed was too high get on. Plus, the bathroom counter was too high, as well. The only thing good in bathroom was the walk-in shower.
I will not recommend this place to any of my family or friends.
So, I personally think it is still not equipped for someone that is truly handicapped.
No cleaning of the rooms was offered.

The room was clean and suitable for myself and husband. The only thing is the parking is very limited so I didn't like that. No option to park anywhere else. (Parking on a street rather than a parking lot).

Older motel, but remodeled, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, pool, barbecue pits outside, covered picnic tables outside rooms. Very quiet when I was there. Would stay again. Motel right on business hwy 35, right across hwy 35 is Rockport Beach, Little Bay, huge Aransas Bay, the Rockport Marina (buy bait for fishing), HEB Grocery just a few blocks north, and many restaurants in both Rockport and Fulton areas.

Very comfortable size room. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. & great location. We booked last minute, (8:00 pm) & checked in at 9:30 pm without any issues. Very nice folks behind the counter!

We enjoyed our 3-day stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was great also, in the middle of everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again.

We’ve been staying at this place for years. Super friendly staff. Very clean. It’s close to many activities, shopping, & the beach. I’ve stayed here with just my husband and myself and also with our kids. We always enjoy our stay!

Nothing fancy but the room was clean, quiet, and perfectly situated near everything that we wished to visit. The young man at the front desk during check-in was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating and helpful. We totally enjoyed our visit and we absolutely would stay at this hotel again

Terrible customer service! First time booking a Motel 6 in my life and will never do so again! Ended up staying at the Holiday Inn Express down the street which is much cleaner, way better quality and they actually know how to treat their guests. Much better than this run down place.

I liked that the property was so close to the beach access. I did not like the property priced as a "Suite" when it was a smaller than normal Motel6 room. No working ice maker on the property either. At the beach with no ice maker? The rooms don't even come with facial tissue, shampoo, bath soap, or conditioner. CHEAP! I over paid by $100 per night.

The location is awesome. You can walk to the beach and a jetty for fishing. Centrally located for everything else. Nice staff . Sonny remembered us from when we stayed 2 years ago. Will stay there again next time I go to Rockport.

My husband and i stayed here with my parents. The rooms were very clean, well kept the property is in agood area very lit and they have benches a pool even a washer and dryer. Tbe manager is always looking to see if evrything is alright and is very attentive. And if you want to exercise they have exercise equipment in front. Well will definitely stay here again.
