Cons - The resort is very run down and location is very far away from amenities and attractions.

Dirty beach, not enough recreation, no entertainment, expensive, hiding cost and some staff are very arrogant.
But some are very polite & friendly. Hill top view is breathtaking

Beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere. Monkeys roam the grounds. Waves on beach can be rough and walking distance to small village with one or two restaurants.

Building is a bit rundown which needs further maintenance. Checkin only allows cards with PIN number which slows down the process of checking in as we only use pay wave cards which doesn’t have PIN.

For toilet, please provide hand bidet or ecowash.

Not worth for the price. the room simple design n furnished, furnitures not in good conditions and TV always blur blur..And not mentioned additional guest needs charges but only check in to pay

Staffs are always friendly at there , but F&B need to improve the speed of preparation, even dine in or room service ,both are very slow.

The conditions is not as par as the expensive price. The room is not clean as i noticed there is a lot of dust, rubbish and oily floor. And the most important is the room service. Not being honest. If you forget something in the room upon check out, do not hope to get ot back.

Room was okay. Neat and comfortable. Air-conditioning was cold and alright. A bit sandy inside the rooms and on the bed sheets but understandable as this is a beach resort.
Checking in was quick and efficient. Checking out a bit messy because there's nobody to check who was queing up first at the counter awaiting our turns. Some guests just walked to the front and jumped queue without considering there are others before them. Counter staff did nothing to inform the impatient guests.
Overall, a good and relaxing stay so the checkout part can be overlooked but definitely needs to improved.

Was a fine place, the staff was very friendly. A little dated, but everything was there that was needed. Breakfast was excellent, a great mix of western and local foods. Great escape from the city, and small but beautiful beach.

I like this property as It is in a good location with its own private beach and the sea & mountain view are very good. However, the property is old and needs updating. The standard of the breakfast is also not very good and it is going downhill compared to the last time I have been here.

Had a family vacation at the chalet. Rooms are clean but facilities are poor; tv reception is poor, mini fridge not working (thought fixed by technician upon request) and WiFi signal very poor.
Hotel staff are overall friendly.
Kids club is not maintained and in poor state.
Food in the restaurant is overall on average. Good breakfast buffet spread but ala carte dishes ordered during dinner were way too salty!
The management should really and seriously consider to upgrade the hotel facilities.
