Been staying at the hotel several times. Their staff is great, Berk was a true ambassador for both the hotel as well as Istanbul. Got excellent service which made our stay really memorable.

Not worth the price: low ceiling, inconvenient breakfast hours, no coffee machine, breakfast room super busy and you have to ask for coffee and proteins, security frame at the entrance beeping with no reason as they are not really checking people, revolving door hardly working, nice interior and clean space, nice front desk staff however the concierge was unhelpful.

Divan Istanbul is the perfect hotel experience. It's location, luxury, comfort, service and staff are all excellent.
Effe at the front desk was especially helpful in our early check in and extended check out due to flight schedules.
Shafa at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help arrange last minute Turkish sweets as souvenirs when we checked out.
The breakfast buffet is the highlight of this hotel, and features classical Turkish cheeses, olives and honey.

If you want a room full of dust flying around in the air, a carpet that is absolutely bever vaccumed and dont mind waking up in the middle of the night because you can breath. Thats the right hotel to stay in.

The staff speak poor english, the food is just terrible. Breakfast was awful. I felt i am getting sick everytime i ate at the restaurant. I had a surgery so i was forced to stay indoors and its like i had to eat what available at the hotel and i could not go out for food. Mere 400 ml water costs 4 euros. Just because we stay at the so call 5 star hotel does not mean you charge what you wish

Service was great , room were authentic like Turkish Diwan style and hospitality was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like that they charged me 100 euro for security deposit and promised me to return at time of checkout but it’s being a week I haven’t received deposit

Old school charm with modern touches. Hotel staff were courteous and professional. Ayesh (I'm sure that I did not spell her name correctly) was part of the superb cleaning staff and was welcoming and detailed oriented (she should be given a raise). Whenever we are in Istanbul, we will stay at the Divan

My husband and I stayed there for 8 nights for my husband’s birthday. We had a great experience with staff and the services they provided.on my husband’s birthday they had a nice cake in our room. The location is perfect as it close to everything. I really recommend this hotel. :)

Location is near to Taksim which considered good place to visit for the first time. Nishanishee is 20min walk good for shopping. Port is also in a walkable distance. Noise from the street was not pleasant

The property and the service levels are fantastic at the Divan hotel. I really cannot find any negative points. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and offers a wide variety of choice for all tastes. I also dined at the restaurant one evening and the food was of the highest standard. The service was always first class and the staff were all very helpful and accommodating.
Stay here you will not regret it!

They had a good and varied breakfast, but unfortunately, the room service was disappointing. The used towels that we had left on the floor for replacement were folded and put back for our use, and the bathroom service or room cleaning was not good at all. I'm surprised by the Divan Hotel, given its long history and the good service it had a few years ago. Unfortunately, I won't return to this hotel again as I wasted my money and it wasn't worth paying for such poor service.

Generally a great choice not an American Brand but all good amenities from the Turkish world, Good Gym, Nice Semi Olympic pool, Hamman and very clean and nice rooms. they give you courtesy water every day…

I was already familiar with Divan; however, had not seen the spa which adds to the convenience and completes the stay. It is a gem of a boutique hotel among the highrises around it, built and furnished in high quality, timeless pieces and the staff is very professional yet friendly.
