Room was not vacuumed. We were told that customers must request that the room be vacuumed. It’s no wonder the carpet looks dirty. Bathroom area was also left undone. Tub was not cleaned out, counter area not wiped down and floor not cleaned. Someone on the night shift was asked to clean our room right before our bed time

Check in staff was very nice. The room was needs a deep cleaning, but not bad. My linen was clean, room was touched up, but didn't seem to be dusted or vacuumed.

Front desk staff rude(the girl that checked us in). She remained rude for entire visit. Acts like she doesn't want to do her job and be helpful.

Good except we were tired & just wanted to chill out- but the ear-bleeding fire alarms went off 20 minutes after we got settled in.. had to leave for an hour… then, fire alarms went off again.. had to leave again.. they blamed it on the humidity.. other than that it was a decent hotel

Only decaffeinated was provided in the room. On requesting from the front desk, the lady was rude. The phone didnot work. It took at least 20 tries to get to front desk. Pet charges were not disclosed upfront. The vents were filthy! I have stayed at Marriotts before and love the chain. Really hope that Marriott reconsiders how to run this property and train staff to be polite to customers.

All was good except 2 things…there was no hot water for the shower in the morning and too late to call to have it fixed and 2nd, when I went down to the lobby for breakfast, the waitress seemed to be more concerned about her phone than to welcome me and take my order…after 10 mins of waiting she finally brought me a menu and then walked away not even asking for a drink order…I left without having breakfast.

The room seems outdated- we had stains on the sheets and pillows; the shower curtain had mildew and the shower rod was loose (safety). The other thing I noticed is the cap from the door to the floor is wide and you clearly hear people walking by or talking, I'm pretty sure anyone can hear us in the room talking. The restaurant food was very delicious, but bit over-priced for the portion. I ordered the lightly battered pork-chop, mashed potatoes with chefs veggie ( asparagus). I was bit disappointed with the size of the asparagus, very tiny. Excellent customer service from all staff members. This hotel was very convenient to where we wanted to go.

We were put in a handicap accessible room and I am 6’ 4” so the shower head was shoulder height! We were told there were no other rooms available! Also we were lead to believe we would receive breakfast at no charge.We will not return

This was a very nice hotel. Great area close to other businesses. The front desk and restaurant staff was pleasant. I did use the fitness center which had good equipment for a decent workout. The restaurant area was cool, food was delicious and the server was very nice. My only issues were that I paid for a king bed and got 2 queen beds instead. They didn't even advise me of any room change at the front desk, so I called from my room and was told there were no kings available. I didn't make a huge deal about it BUT at the same time, I'd like to get what I pay for. Also, there was no microwave in the room do I had to eat cold leftovers. Other than those things, I would definitely stay here again.

This stay was during a conference that was being held at the hotel ALSO during graduation weekend and there was no restaurant available for lunch on Saturday which led to having to leave the property and fight grad traffic to find food. Suggest you staff restaurant next year if this occurs. Food for thought (pun intended).

First, the check-in staff was not friendly or courteous. As a Marriott's rewards members, I was not given any offer or accommodation on room preference as provided in my profile. The staff member said the hotel is not owned by Marriott and do not follow Marriott's programs or rules. Second, the check-in staff said that no Marriott rewards points would not be allowed because I booked the reservation through Expedia rather than directly with the hotel. I did not know there was a penalty for booking a reservation through Expedia.com. Third, I was given a room on the ground floor, where there were lots of noise late at night and early morning making it difficult to sleep. I will not stay at this hotel in the future or recommend anyone to stay there.

There was a small mixup with the room when I arrived but the front desk cleared it up promptly. Expedia lists these rooms as being soundproof but that wasn’t the case. I could hear everything, including arguments, coming from the surrounding rooms and just outside the door, in the hallway. Also I woke up and there was a bug that looked a lot like a bed bug on the carpet just at the foot of the bed. I took pictures and showed the front staff. They said they would have pest control come out the next day and someone would call me. I have not received a call as of yet, and this was two days ago.
