Stayed was good. The house keeping did great job by cleaning put extra towels.
But upon checking in the receptionists who helped me wasn't nice and giving me attitude. I was asking about checking in early how much i will pay if i do that. Beacuse when I called early to the hotel to inquired I was told it will be in $30 after 12noon.
But when I asked the receptionist on the front desk. Seems like she having a bad day. I dont mind paying $50 or so. But try to be nice to your consumer and be polite. I didn't get her name coz her hair was blocking her name tag.
But overall the stayed was good.

Great hotel with a nice casino and amenities.
Location on center strip is unparalleled and close to everything fun.
Part of the Caesars Rewards family too!

Too expensive and facilities are less

Brilliant location great cost massive rooms that had great beds. Brilliant view of the sphere from our room. Easy check in using the terminals . Only negative but that is most of Vegas is the smoke in the casino as you walk through to your room.

Amazing stay! Room had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located near the monorail, entertainment and great restaurants. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

kiosks are always broken and front desk is always understaffed. took 45 min in line. upgraded room was not available but rude clerk checking be in didn't tell me, so money paid for upgraded room was wasted as I didn't want to wait 45 min in line again. other than that, the horseshoe is always a good value comparatively. clean, center strip and not so big you have to walk a mile to your room.

The room, including the bathroom was in great shape and was very clean. They also offered daily maid service, which was nice as that is not always the case since Covid. We also enjoyed gambling at the horseshoe. The bartenders at the electronic bar games were excellent. They made sure you had the drinks that you wanted when you wanted them and also made some cool recommendations for drinks. The entire staff did a great job, we’re very friendly and eager to assist. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Picked Horseshoe because I wanted a Sphere-view room. Nailed it! Great view! Two things with our room - 1) heat wasn’t coming on. We both tried all settings but it didn’t happen. Room temp was 67-68 degrees so wasn’t a killer, but we typically set heat at 73-74. 2) water didn’t get very hot on day two. We were there only 2 nights and it got warm enough. Location is great, parking is easy and everything else was good with room. I’m guessing these were one-offs and we would stay there again.

The hotel room was very nice and huge. The check in process was unfamiliar as they use kiosks (no people) to obtain your keys. Note: there is a fee if you arrive prior to 3pm and want to go to your room. The rate booked online varies from the actual charge because when you actually check-in, there are additional "resort fees". If you self park, you park at a different hotel and walk thru other walkways to get to destination. We were on a non-smoking floor but you sure could smell marijuana coming thru some of the doors on the way to our room. There was no coffee maker in the room. I did try, unsuccessfully, to arrange for a morning room service delivery. The food at the Guy's restaurant was very good.

Very fun place to stay at and well situated close to everything

The hotel room was perfect, and I am glad the Horseshoe Logo came back to Vegas. No issues with the hotel room nor the casino.
Great work Horseshoe employees.
Maybe, just add more signs to your parking area. It was a little confusing to find the parking structure.

The bed was very comfortable. Book two rooms to be nearby family. One room had a great view the other not so much even though I chose two rooms facing the sphere. Questions were answered quickly. The gentleman at the bell desk was fast and helped us with luggage. The vanity in the bathroom looked as though it had noticeable wear and tear. Spacious room with a good location. I would return to the Horseshoe before other locations on the strip.

It took FOREVER to check in. Not enough employees. Not enough towels for the group. Paid for parking but the key wouldn't open the gate. Never again at this place!

The best location. All is closed

Average stay. Last minute trip so I didn’t plan ahead, and choose the mid price one. Affordable but you get what you pay.

The room was good no complaints but they're mandatory Security checks by hotel security were ridiculous came without warning and they attempted to be pretty forceful about immediate entry so there was a problem for conflict with their rudeness and tactics as far as the room another details they were all satisfactory

Great price for the comfort!

The stay was good, until I realized Saturday morning that a jewelry wrap I brought, had been removed from my suitcase. Luckily I didn’t travel with much, or items that were of great value. Housekeeping leaves an envelope for a tip, no tip will be left if you are stealing from my luggage.

What an absolute disaster this place is. It’s filthy. It’s dilapidated it’s uncomfortable. It smells just because they renamed it. Don’t believe that anything has improved since Bally’s, which was a dump for years. The carpeting is so repulsive and they do not vacuum on the guest floors. It was really just awful.

Nice room, spacious and clean. Liked the high roller view. All staff were polite and just friendly enough. When gambling, I like to feel goodwill from the staff. Well situated. Housekeeping did a good job. My favorite place to gamble, down to earth and fun. Recommend.

The hotel is very Smokey and it hits you bad when entering. the hallways to the rooms stunk like smoke. Front Doors didn’t work when waving the buttons. Very expensive coffee and breakfast. Please clean outside of the windows very dirty can’t take pics of the view.

Hotel needs a cosmetic update, it’s sad to let a building start to fall apart. Also, what hotel only gives 2 normal Pillows and one small pillow on a kingside bed? Lots of eateries closed also. Elevators are scary, we were there a week and they were never fixed.

there was no water for hours in the first 3 days. I didn't have a car and they charged me for parking for 4 days. Please refund my money for the parking..

I was very disappointed about their services. Nothing available at the time I stayed. No pool no breakfast no cleaning service.

The rooms had been remodeled and were large. Though we asked for daily room service we did not get it. We paid to upgrade to a fountain view but only looked out at a flat tar roof. Reception when asked said there is a fountain view but it is behind the Bellagio. Sorry that is not a view. Finally at the entrance and at all elevator banks they pumped in a very strong scent that was like an overload of bad men’s cologne. The elevators were dingy with broken mirrors. The hallway carpets were buckled. We won’t be back

The bed was so comfortable. Clean, spacious room. Quiet floor. We would stay again!

The only unpleasant part was the amount of smoking. It is a casino so can’t be too harsh but there it was definitely a lot. Love the handy charger in the room and the refrigerator!

The location was very nice, but some service desk staff were friendly, while others were very rude. We requested to be near each other, but we were assigned separate floors. Furthermore, we had requested a tub in our comment notes, which was not fulfilled.

The hotel is ok. The room is big but we had a room that smelled like dirty sheets. We asked for new ones. The toilet had poop stains and the counter was wet and the mirror looked like it was dirty. We found a condom on the floor under my wife's side of the bed and was disappointed I was charged for the 25.00 room check in when we checked in at 3pm.

Our room was ok. Most of the outlets were loose in the wall, the towel hanger in the bathroom was broken on the wall, the bathroom vanity was pretty banged up and dirty and there was something dried on the curtains along with some stains. The pillows are children sized as well. Lots of glass mirrors in the elevators were broken. The worst part was check-in. The kiosk wouldnt accept my son's miltary ID at check-in so we had to get in line. His friend who was also checking in, used the kiosk, got all the way up to his room, and his room keys didnt work so he had to get in line with us as well. The line kept getting longer and longer. They originally had 3 people working front desk but one was only helping diamond/platinum people. Then 1 worker just pulled her till and left, right at the height of check-in. Which essentially only left 1 worker to check in a line now of almost 40 people. The line basically did not even move for almost 20 minutes because of some problem with the person checking in with the 1 worker. We waited in line for almost an hour. When we got in line, we were the 8th person in line. 1 hour, to check in 8 people. By this time, the line was all the way down the lobby. I had higher hopes of a main hotel on the strip, but this was a disappointing hotel to stay in.

The room, the elevators, the lobby, etc. were very dirty. There were thick layers of dust on some areas, such as lamps and the tissue box in the bathroom, and it seemed like the room had not been vacuumed in a long time. When we asked a housekeeper if she would clean our room, she mentioned that they were directed to only clean the rooms of guests who were checking out.

The people were great and friendly, the room was very clean.

It was great

We stayed in the Resort Tower of this property. We loved the layout of the room. However, it could use a little bit of cosmetic care as it is probably still the same as when it carried the Bally's name. Regardless, it didn't detract from the comfort or enjoyment of the room at all.

Best bang for your money! Excellent view of The Sphere! Very conveniently centered in the smack middle of the strip. Only thing that needs work is that casino smoke extractor!

Very enjoyable. Check staff was very helpful.

The stay was good and were rooms were nice. The check-in was horrible. The line was 40 people deep and they only had two folks working the desk. One of the people was assigned to the VIP line which always had a person waiting. It took 90 minutes to check in. They have self service kiosks, but those kept giving me and others errors.

Nice clean room, with a large shower and loved the waterfall shower head.
Very quiet room and extremely comfortable king size bed.
