The conserge people not dealing well with the customers

Hilton Alexandria Corniche is a wonderful hotel, 10 stars. My 5 days stay was full of great service from the moment I stepped in until my check out. The pool service staff is wonderful in special Kawther Ahmed, I can only say she is simply wonderful and provides excellent service to the guests using the pool, same with the life ward, this young boy pays close attention to whats happening and makes kids to feel welcomed by providing pool toys, specially making sure they are safe. The Spa service is above and beyond, I had a 1 hour massage and a Marrocan Bath plus a .5 hour massage. The only downgrade is the timing for massages, I am a fibromalgia patient, and I need at least 90 minutes massage in order to feel pain relieved. However, Habiba Tamer made sure those 60 minutes were worty, and gave me one of the bests massages ever. I felt very relaxed and achy relieved.The restaurant in level B2 is delicious, the whole restaurant staff can't be more attentive, and the chefs in special the evening buffet chef is wonderful. The service in overall is exceptional. Excellent service, excellent hotel, excellent room service, clean, and stocked. Definitely I will be coming back for sure, and staying in this marvelous hotel.

Great stay except for the area. Beach unusable and no restaurants nearby

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing

The room was small, the pool was closed. Reading lamps were broken. In the toilet one flush was broken. Tricky way to switch on/off some lights in the room. No direct access to the beach or own beach. The pictures of the hotel far from reality. There are better hotels in Alexandria in terms of the price ,place, quality and location.

Spectacular luxury hotel on the Corniche. If you'd like to be away from the noise of Alexandria, this is the place. Extremely helpful staff, great rooms, fast internet.

Dirty rooms and facilities!

Shame to have the Hilton logo on this property! Extremely dissatisfied, room and facilities were filthy! Staff is not professional and they spy on their guests! I felt unsafe and I would not recommend this establishment!

Updated property outside the fray of downtown. Very easy and quick checkin. Great dining options. Very accommodating and professional staff. Would definitely recommend.

Place supper clean , nice staff, they do their best to make your stay comfortable, decently I will come back and recommend , also the lobby supper nice food assumes.

Great, safe, clean hotel. Has its own beach. Food options are excellent, both Arabic and European options.

This resort is like a little jewel by the beach. Compared to what is around it is WAY BETTER. The staff makes a great difference with their details and concern for guests. Bfast is really good and Santorini is outstanding.

The staff are absolutely impeccable they are driven to great service and making sure the customer is happy. Always GENUINELY asking if the experience could be better. Staff were amazing. The property itself is a bit old and there Are taxi drivers around the property ready to take advantage and over-charge tourists! Make sure you only use Uber in Alexandria. You will be guaranteed an air-conditioned car for CHEAPER than the yellow and black cabs.

Clean and nice view on the sea not on the city

This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely view and exceptional staff throughout. The amenities are top notch to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit.

Do yourself a favor and never stay here. First when I went to check in they had me wait in lobby for over 3 hours. I was understanding because I’m partially to blame Checked in two days late to reservation which are absolutely not refundable. Had to wait for a person name Ahmed to check me in guessing is the manager of hotel reception. My stay was from the 13-19 asked them to change it to 14-20 they inform me not possible then they proceeded to downgrade my room cause apparently my room is booked (smh). Next day I try to explore but realize need to exchange currency ask the reception who inform me about an bank atm in lobby which kinda hidden I’m guessing for privacy. I insert $480 and the machine take all my money not returning a dime or receipt. Spoke to the front desk hoping they would be able to help who make me wait an hour to see a manger and the manager tells me the machine is out of service “did you not see the sign “ told him there is no sign he checks and the sign is on top of atm manger reposts sign and tells me to call the bank and speak to them. I explain to the manager I don’t have a eqyptian number and the call won’t go through. After refusing to help me any further I leave to try to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Came back to to hotel and see a guest arguing with reception about my same problem i check to see if the out of service was removed. Sign removed and not even on top of atm. Returned to my room and my dress shoes are gone ( I’m only here for wedding).

Good hotel close to everything excellent service , friendly people but the area noisy and the hotel little bit old .

Excellent location, private beach with shuttle to beach as very busy road the cross. I would highly recommend this hotel, food was excellent quality..

The hotel is very good, the beach is excellent, Ahmed the beach lifeguard was doing great job, everyone was doing very good job, they are kind, helpful and polite.

Hotel was lovely, service fab, surrounding area is very run down and noisy which meant sleep was often disturbed. No fault of the hotel though
