Excellent alternative to stay in Paris. Besides the AF bus stop is just a few blocks away so it is very convenient back and forth from the CDG airport.

This is a great property with sights within walking distance. It is walking distance to the Louvre and the Opera area is beautiful to walk around.
The front desk staff gave great recommendations for Boulangeries and coffee shops that we absolutely loved.
The room was a nice size for rooms in Europe. The shower had a half wall which made it hard not to get the floor wet but not a deal breaker.
The only issue with our stay was due to the Olympic race being on the main street and the entire area being blocked off which caused A LOT of transportation issues for us. We couldn’t get the train close by and had to walk to a different station to get to our Olympic event. We also couldn’t get an uber the next day because no vehicles were allowed to drive anywhere near the hotel. We walked 25 minutes with luggage to get to where uber could drive.
Outside of Olympic time this is a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful location, amazing service
Porter went out of his way to make us comfortable. Had trouble with safe but staff addressed immediately!! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had a balcony with was an added bonus!!

I'm assuming this cheerless hotel ticks some official boxes for being rated a 4 star in France. But it has the look and feel of a 2 or 3 star. The lobby and rooms look like they haven't been updated in decades. Do not recommend adding on the breakfast, which is expensive and kind of tragic.

We liked this hotel very much. It is perfectly located near the Opera Garnier. We were able to easily take the Roissybus from the airport and then walk to the hotel. Check in was efficient. The room was cozy and clean and the air conditioning was nice to have. We had a small balcony. There was an option to get breakfast in the room which we enjoyed. There’s great shopping nearby and everything else is easily reached by metro. All the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

The location is great!!! I like this hotel a lot. It is a bit old but it is very typical of Paris. The elevator is slow. I will go there again for sure!

Location at the opera district was nice and accessible to several metro stations. Close to the Louvre and La place Vendome designer shops… less crowded. Room accommodations were spacious and comfortable. We had a room with king bed. Breakfast buffet was very good with variety. Price for E17 was reasonable. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful with our needs. Would stay at the hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was quiet but still in such a great area for walking and getting around. I'd happily stay there again. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. As I was leaving in my taxi on the last morning, the gentleman at the front desk rushed out to ask if I'd like a croissant or something for the road. It was such a kind gesture and heartwarming final reminder of the lovely trip and many friendly people I met in Paris.

I chose because each room decorated nicely French chic, but room were small and very dark. Not like pictures shows. The hotel was overpriced for the condition. AC wasn’t working. Construction noise starts early morning. But location was great.

The staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was nice too and the location was great! Also if you're going to Disneyland you have the line 10 mins away from the hotel.

The hotel was located in a great area with proximity to many Paris attractions. The hotel staff was welcoming, kind and attentive. While we wished the aircon was working more efficiently, the breeze that came through the windows in the evening was sufficient. In hotter months, that lack of airflow would be a little more troublesome. There were many restaurant and bakery options nearby, and especially Asian cuisines within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel for my birthday. The room was small but that is normal in Paris. It did have a little balcony. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot, it had tea and coffee making facilities and a chair, one club type and a desk chair. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but used the bar area and the nice lounge off reception. Both good. The area is fabulous, close to the Opera Garnier, restaurants, cafes and the Opera metro. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money? Not really sure that it is. Everything was lovely and you pay for being in that area. Couldn’t really fault anything but maybe a little overpriced with nothing extra in the room. Would still recommend if you want to stay in the heart of Opera. Down a quiet little street which is good.

Easy check in and Check out. Friendly staff, quiet room and clean. Has an old French decor as seen in photos. King size bed was great! Refillable water fountain. 10 min leisure walk to metro station and opera. 20 min walk to the Louvre. 15 min walk to Galleries Lafayette (huge shopping center) we were only there 2 nights on a busy schedule. good experience overall!

Hotel and rooms are a bit dated. If you are into retro then this is for you. Also, the safe is old style and requires a credit card to work. I was told that it won´t charge you but didn´t trust the old tech.
