Great location. Easy access to Metro. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Very quiet inside the garage. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything needed and more. The market on Sunday is a wonderful experience. Don't miss it if you are there on Sunday morning.

The stream of hot water in the shower is slow.

Close to local cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. So it was ideal for eating out or at home. The entrance was from the street into a cobbled courtyard which was very quaint and quiet. There is a spot outside with a couple of chairs. I could imagine sitting outside in the summer with a bottle of wine, some cheese and a baguette. It was very close to 2 Metro stations which makes it really convenient for travelling around Paris. felt local rather than touristy, so it was perfect for us. You could come for a stay and live like the French do, which heightens the travel experience.

The bed was a tiny bit soft for us but that’s our personal preference. The bathroom was a little tired but again that didn’t bother us.

After opened the front door, your are at a typical French atmosphere!!! No sounds and calm at 300mts of the beautiful caos of Paris. You can enjoy the afternoon sitting at the little table drinking something and planing next day.

The sofa where my san slept was a little uncomfortable . But as we walked a lot, he felt dead at night. One night it closed one side and we frightened .

Very, very nice place and helpfull host, close to the Metro and the city and yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Very nice neighbourhood with the opportunity to eat at local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Mitty is a wonderful host. She communicated very well and explained how to get into the property with photos for reference. She planned to meet us on arrival, but due to flight delays we didn't arrive until the wee hours - so instead she left the key in a lock box which made it very easy for us to get in. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, and very well-equipped. And the location cannot be beat. It is situated in a beautiful, quiet, peaceful courtyard - but once you walk out onto the street you are right in the center of the bustling life of Paris. There are numerous restaurants only steps away, and the metro is a just a short walk from the apartment. When we arrived it was very hot, and we were a little worried about the temperature in the apartment since the bed is upstairs on the loft level. However, Mitty has provided a fan which made it very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend Le Garage!

This was the perfect bijou Parisian flat. You enter into a beautiful cobble-stoned courtyard with overhanging trees and flowers. Some of the flats are businesses and some are residences but you struggle to see the difference, everything was so quite and peaceful. Our flat had a comfortable sitting area, a well stocked kitchen, a large loft bedroom upstairs, and a large bathroom with a shower over a tub. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The click-clack bed downstairs was a bit lumpy but great for a kid. There was plenty of water (and pressure) for showers and the map in the bathroom was wonderful. The neighborhood is filled with great places to eat whether that's a take away (a creperie, a boulangerie, and a bagel shop within a 2 min walk) or a sit down restaurant (Cafe de l'Industrie.) The metro was a short walk (less than 5 minutes) up the road, making it easy to get to anywhere in Paris. We arrived via EuroStar at Gare du Nord which was a short Uber ride away (15 mins), but you could have taken the Metro and been there just as quickly. There was a lovely street market at the end of the road on the weekend. It was perfect for me, my daughter and my granddaughter. Le Garage was quintessentially Parisian!

It's not that I didn't like it but the click-clack sofabed downstairs will need to be replaced soon. It's a bit lumpy.

The atmosphere of the building/courtyard blew us away, as well as the fantastic location, a lovely neighbourhood with great shops, the biggest food market in the city and countless cafes and restaurants to choose from. We walked pretty much everywhere, so close to most sights in Paris. Mitty is a lovely, helpful host and everyone in the building was very friendly too.

We loved everything!

All was clean. In the kitchen there was all that we needed and even more. The bathroom was nice. The position of the flat was good for us with only a few minutes to the opera that we visited on three evenings, and the new Pinault Collection was not far away. It is a very special flat, and it has been a different experience for us, but we think the flat will be best suited for younger people, who probably will find it all charming.

You discover at once that it has been a garage. Two big steps down from the entrance, no windows at the back side, rust under the windows, problems with the low placed keyhole, the bathroom too far away from the rather simple "bedroom"; and the "garden" was just a couple of square meters open to the street (or what you call it).

Le Garage is the most wonderful apartment ever with a very nice and helpful owner. Very well equipped, a little garden in front, friendly neighbours, very quiet!!! Shops, metro, sights everything nearby. Perfection! 😍

This was a perfect studio for our holiday trip to Paris. A nice quarter, lots of restaurants within 100 (or even 50..) metres, and very quiet and silent at night. I'd love to come back. Thanks Mitty and Matthieu.

Mitty was great. She helped us a lot with the taxi to the airport and with all necessary information about our stay in Paris. Strongly recommend it to everybody. I would like to stay again. The bed is very big and comfortable, there was everything necessary in the appartment.
