Fabulous decor, great staff, so many amenities including a cinema. Amazingly comfortable bed, large bathroom. Loced tje coffee galley rather than having it in the bedroom. Great shower and able to get all languages TV too

Very comfortable hotel with a great location and decent price. My hotel room was big and comfortable for a family of 4. Bunk beds completed the space for my kids.

This is a lovely hotel - unique and quirky. We loved the facilities and the area.
The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful, meeting customers with a smile. Reception deserves a 5 star rating.
However, breakfast was a different experience. I was advised to speak to the breakfast staff directly about my daughters' allergies. This proved quite a challenge. I explained my daughters' allergies and asked for advice on what breakfast was available to her (she can't eat from a buffet or continental style breakfast due to potential cross-contamination). I was told she could have cornflakes with soya milk - this was fine after asking for oat milk instead.
I then asked about the breads to see if any of these were suitable and if some bread could be brought from the kitchen. She brought out a plate of bread that contained one of the allergens (my daughter is anaphylactic so this could have been serious). I tried to get the bread changed but it took so long to get a staff member's attention - 4 staff members were stacking sandwiches into a fridge at the same time..
We eventually got sorted but breakfast could have been so much nicer with a little customer service. For example, bacon was available. My daughter would have loved some bacon with her baguette (from the kitchen).
If the breakfast staff could learn the allergens in each food and work with us. this would be an all-round 5 star rating for this hotel.

I was pretty surprised at the quality of the room and the service/staff level with this price range.
The room was clean and the design was very pretty. When I checked in the room I noticed the AC is not working, so I went to the reception and told about that. The receptionist immediately prepared me a upgrated (!) room with no additional cost so that was a really good deal.
When I moved the upgraded room, a dog was barking (and kept barking for about 2 hours) in a room next to my room. Then the same receptionist came to my room and offered me another room that is far from the room with barking dog.
That was a very kind offer and I was very surprised how quickly they take actions.
For the room cleanness, I am a neat freak so everytime I stay at somewhere I really worry about if the room (especially bathroom) is clean enough. Regarding this hotel, you don't need to worry about it at all. The hotel overall is very clean and tidy. I really want to reccomend this hotel but 1 negative point is, there is no slope at the entrance so if you are carrying heavy luggage, you have to lift it.

Wonderful hotel with great vibes for our family of 6. The family room particularly want spacious, comfortable & very well set up. Only downside: the coffee machine on our floor did not work during our 4 days stay. However, since they offer free coffee & tea from their 2 expresso machine downstairs it was really minor. Other then than we really really enjoyed our stay at B&B Hotel.

We started with a room that had a double bed. Room was too small and had nowhere to sit apart from bed. Walls are too thin so could hear other guests at 2am. Could also hear water when others flushed toilet in middle of the night
Moved to larger room for second night which was a big improvement but again noisy

We loved staying here we extended our stay 2 more nights! The staff are amazing, the room is really comfortable and the neighbourhood is great. A short walk away from some really nice squares and great dining options just up the street. Rooms are smartly designed and it's overall really comfortable to stay here.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was at a really good standard and the hotel we great for the price. It was also very accessible when walking or taking public transport in the city. Couldn’t expect much more from a city hotel and overall pleased with my choice.

Staff couldn’t have been more amenable and as a first time visitor to Bruxelles, and on my own, this was very reassuring. The area Ixelles I found interesting and safe. The decor and amenities splendid and cleanliness of a high standard. Definitely recommend.

Very negative experience with 15 rooms not ready at 3pm. Manager and reception very impolite and not even saying sorry!

Pleasant and modern design. Large rooms. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is near a tram stop, which is very convenient. It is also possible to walk to the city center (around 30 minutes).

Loved this hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the decor is funky and I loved my cabin bed with a mural. Great location super comfy bed. Loved the powerful shower too and the green policies.

Fantastic hotel. Was absolutely perfect. Great facilities ( gym, movie room, free coffee/ hot drinks). Staff went above an beyond to cater for our individual needs. Great location if you spending a few days in Brussels.

Expirience with very incompetent and non-friendly front desk receptionist.
I have to solve problem:
There was a smell of sewer pipe in my room. I made the night and next morning asked for changing the room.
Receptionist refused to change the room saying they would come fix it. The repair may have taken place and the sewer smell was replaced with a strong smell of lemon disinfectant. You definitely don't want to sleep in the smell of disinfectant.
She gave me another room after insisting to change. The new room was OK.
Very good breakfast.
