Staff are always helpful, efficient and friendly. My room was very clean. This is an old property, and so everything in the room reflects that. Breakfast is free, and there’s a good variety of foods there. Coffee was very good. The location is convenient for me; just off the 210 freeway and 25 minutes from Burbank airport in good traffic, and there are plenty of restaurants within 10 min drive. There’s a Sprouts within walking distance. This is my “go to” hotel whenever I’m in LA on business. It’s not fancy, but safe and comfortable enough for me.

Parking was tight. Room looked clean had hair all over bed sheets. I put my blanket from home on top. Average place but no other complaints. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Very clean and quiet. The staff was warm. David (at the front desk) in particular, was very helpful the four days I was there. On the down side the A/C wasn't working as well as it should and there was a heat wave. So that will need some upgrade at some point. Also, the hot water wasn't hot enough when I took a bath. Other than that, this was a good value for the money and I may stay here again when back in L.A.

A clean, safe, and reliable spot with friendly staff! Area outside gets a little dodgy at night but as long as you're not standing outside trying to mix it up with people in the night, you'll be more than safe.

Overall a comfortable stay. We had messaged earlier asking for early check-in availability and they replied by saying we should call/check at the time we need it. We got to the hotel from the airport around 10:30 AM and the attendant bluntly said "this is too early for early check-in. Earliest would be at 1 PM at we'd charge $25". If this is the policy, the property should be upfront about it. Also, if rooms are available, I think it is silly to not offer the room (ok to quote whatever price is decided). Breakfast option is very minimal and a small room. But the hotel room itself was spacious and comfortable - nothing too fancy.

Basic clean room and bathroom comfortable bed. Good breakfast more than expected. The only issue is loud air conditioner.

My stay at Best Western, Pasedena is an experience I probably would not recommend. The bathroom amenities were not securely fixed in the shower. Headed over to the office and was given a bag of mini body wash and shampoo bottles. Best Western put an additional $100 hold on my card. I checked out on 8/4/2024 @ apprx 9:30am and the $100 hold is still pending to be returned. Today is 8/15/2024. I was told it would be returned by 3rc party booking Expedia, but my card transaction says Best Western. I was not told that and thankfully I asked for a printout at checkout of my stay. I dont believe i was properly checked out.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The bed is pretty hard, but for some people that is a plus. Breakfast was maybe a bit better than average. Eggs, bacon and potatoes. And they have one of those new pancake makers along with frozen waffles. Good selection of syrups including a sugar free. We stayed on a weekend, so I don't know about weekday breakfasts.

Quiet place. Rooms are typical Best western. Just a side note that if you use a debit card for your deposit. expect to receive your deposit 7-20 days.

Its a decent place if you are no looking for anything special. Nothing to write home about but much to complain either. Just a basic no frill motel where you can stay at night and then go about doing your things in the day. A clean room to sleep; noting more nothing less

It was again a fantastic stay...

This hotel was very clean. Upon arrival late at night, lobby and window were closed with a sign stating (be right back in 10 mins). A gentleman standing in the parking lot approched me trying to start conversation and asking me to charge his phone. Even though there are cameras everywhere, I did not feel safe as my children were with me. This could have been avoided had the attendant been there. Pool was semi clean, hot tub doesn't work, rooms are impeccably clean, and the breakfast is superior. The attendants were nice and helpful. Very clean budget motel with great breakfast, dated non working amenities, and sketchy guests/visitors.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good free breakfast. Pool and hot tub area were clean and well-kept. Easy drive to local restaurants. Few restaurants within walking distance.

We booked this location because we thought it was a good price for a 1-night stay. This is the last time I try to save money on lodging. The service was not an issue; the staff were polite and friendly. The free breakfast was as expected. The room was a whole different story. Upon arrival, the room looked clean and spacious. It was simple, with only the bare minimum of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which we were okay with. However, all the issues kicked in at night. The king bed was so soft that any time either of us moved, the other person felt an earthquake of movement on the other end. Our AC made awful droning noises and kept turning on and off, so we never got used to the sound. The walls were paper thin. At 4 am, a truck pulled into the parking lot and blared rap music for several minutes. It was so loud it was almost like a speaker was outside our door, and we were on the second floor. At 6 am, we woke up because the neighbor was coughing for over 30 minutes. At 7 am, we woke up due to traffic noise on the main road parallel to the inn.

No frills reasonably priced hotel with free parking and hot breakfast. Try for a second story room if you can walk up the steps. Will stay here again when in town.
