My room was to get ready for my wedding and for the night of our wedding. There was trash next to the side of the bed from the previous guest, hair on the sheets, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The breakfast buffet was ice cold even when it was freshly put out. I asked to be contacted by the management staff and nobody reached out.

Room was nice and breakfast was great. My only issue was the noise. The lobby was full of children till well after midnight and was very loud. I think there was a soccer tournament or something nearby. Kids were literally playing soccer in the lobby.
4.1
The stay was amazing!! The rooms were quiet even though there were a 100 female hockey players running around we couldn’t hear them.
Breakfast staff was above average friendly and efficient!!!!
Front desk was friendly but average.
4.1
The bathtub was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Couch broken in, but way past any sort of comfort. Lobby and food was amazing. We had issues with our rooms. We booked two rooms with double beds. That was not what we received. The checkout gentle man was nice and did provide accommodations by a minimal refund. We have stayed at this hotel 3 years now and this year seemed to be a hard year for them.

You pretty much know what you're going to get at an Embassy Suites. A nice big comfortable suite and a great breakfast. The complimentary happy hour is always nice as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negatives were while the room was overall clean there were spots on the ceiling of the bath/shower area that looked gross, and while the fridge did have a small freezer (always helpful to us as we often travel with coolers and ice packs), it was so iced up you couldn't use it. We were traveling with another couple and there's was the same way. Because of these two things if I could give it a 4.5 stars that's what I would do, versus the five I gave it. But overall it was a great stay!

Not a very good stay. Paid a little over $400 for 2 nights. There was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, probably due to the "vent" they had in it not working. The front desk staff admitted the vents do not work well. The paint was peeling throughout the room. Lamp in the living room area did not work and the base of it was chewed up like a dog or something got to it. We were on the 3rd floor and the window opened all the way, someone had broke the sealant. There was a group of teens running around unsupervised messing with the elevators. They also shot a paintball of some sort on the window by the door. It woke us up and we didn't know what it was, then saw the paint from it dripping and it left a mark. They were constantly running around the lobby area and pressing all the elevator buttons making them run extremely slow and also very loud, we could hear their entire conversations from inside our room. When we were bringing food into our room a group of them were in the elevator and kept asking for our food and drinks. We told front desk about the door being hit by something, and all they said was they told them to go back to their rooms, which they were not. For a Hilton and for the price, we expected a lot more and were quite disappointed and will not be back. We splurged for our daughters birthday weekend and could have saved money and had a better stay elsewhere.

Love staying here. Plenty of room. Great breakfast. Have stayed here several times. Will be back again!

Our car was vandalised along with 8 other in the hotel parking. They broke car windos

Clean, quiet hotel. Pull out bed not so comfortable but i didn't really expect it to be. Good breakfast, the chef made excellent omelets.
Close enough to drive to Cincinnati, but cheaper than city hotels.

Nice rooms. Really spacious. They just need to get the elevators figured out.

I love traveling, however its more enjoyable when your hotel is updated and clean. Our room showed signs of server wear. To start there was a large chip in the entry door, the sofa was badly worn, it had seen better days, the shower was rusted, and signs of bad leak was on the ceiling. The beds were ok, but its defiantly time to update the mattress. It did not represent the quality I'm use to for an embassy suite room. It looked as if i was staying at a 2-star hotel but paying a 8-star room price. On a good note, the breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff was very accommodating.

Other than Ms Wanda the kitchen staff Saturday morning was horrible stood in breakfast line for 1 hour and 22 minutes

Great customer service and the complimentary breakfast is the absolute BEST!! And the chef making the omelettes deserves great recognition for his hard work and patience! I’ll definitely be back for the Emabassy Suites amazing services!!

The employees were the only bright spot of the property, we checked in, went to our room only to find pop bottles, pieces of wig, and hair in the room. We went down to switch rooms and the front desk was very apologetic. Second room was not much better, spots on the floor, no bags in the trash cans, peeling paint, stains on the couch. There was some black goo on the faucet by the sink. The hotel needs a major, redo. The breakfast was good and the cook to order chef was personable. We would never stay here again.

Asked for extra pillows two nights in a row and the front desk said they would ask Housekeeping to bring some to us but never did. Other than that, we were happy with the room. Breakfast was good!

The bartender for the "happy hour" seemed inexperienced and didn't know much about making drinks, either that or didn't feel like making them.
The curtain in the shower was not long enough and wouldn't close.

Stayed here for the 4th of July. The place is a bit outdated. Needs a lot of renovation in and around the rooms.
But overall the price you pay for the huge rooms and kitchen amenities is unbeatable.
Electors are very slow, is my only solid complaint.

Stayed in room 313. Carpeting was sticky in the living area. The bathroom ceiling paint bubbling and peeling. The shower curtain would not stay closed because the curtain rod is either hung wrong or broken so water went everywhere on the floor. The bathtub water faucet was very loose. Don't expect much engagement from any of the staff including front desk with the exception of a very tall gentleman sweeping the carpeting who made a point of greeting everyone who passed by him (only reason I gave a 4th star). The pool area is clean and well kept as were all the public areas. Exterior was clean and nicely landscaped.

All the elevators were not working at one point during our stay. At times just one elevator was working with a sold out hotel. Upon check in, first room was not cleaned and had to ask for a different room. Blamed it on us asking for early check in but it was 3:30, housekeeping had already left and there was a line out the door to check in. Have stayed at numerous embassy suites and was very disappointed with the overall experience at this hotel.
4.1
The worst Embassy Suites we have ever stayed in. My family and I typically make it a point to stay at these hotels when we are traveling, but I will never book this hotel again. Every single elevator was out of service so guests were forced to take the fire stairwell to get to their rooms. Those doors are heavy and slammed ALL NIGHT LONG. The blanket on the pull out couch had an awful smell and felt like rough sandpaper. When we asked the staff for a new blanket they said there were none available but we could come back after 10:30pm when the laundry was done. Breakfast was sub par compared to what we have had in the past. Very unpleasant stay.

We stayed 3 nights never had Housekeeping show up to clean or replace anything. Was a busy weekend in the Hotel, and at times it was very noisy. For the rate we paid the expectations where that we would have better service.

Great place to stay for a short trip.

Really good breakfast
4.1
Very quiet but property needed updating.
4.1
Not very clean. Needs repairs. Kids ran all over the place without any supervision and security didn’t stop them. We were unable to enjoy the pool area for disrespectful kids and kids were running and being loud in the halls all night preventing us from getting a good night of sleep. No extra pillows upon request.
4.1
Only 1 elevator worked in the hotel amd its hundreds of people staying... the noise in the hallways was just awful with all the kids running up and down the hallway all night

The Staff Were Absolutely Amazing
The condition of the rooms halls etc...very old

Very nice and conveniently located for my business meeting.

We came to this hotel after the Sonesta Sharon I'll had no water. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. Also they have the best breakfast I've had at a hotel in a while.

Always injoy this hotel
4.1
The good—it was open and they had a room for us. Middle of the night staff was helpful.
The bad—the bathroom door in our first room didn’t close, the trash can in both rooms was absolutely disgusting and neither had been cleaned in a long time. There was no conditioner in the second room. There was no WiFi. Breakfast was lackluster compared to what we’ve experienced at other Embassy Suite locations.
The ugly—there were blue cables hanging everywhere from the ceiling from construction on the Internet. No one informed us before the visit that there would be cables hanging in front of our room and there would be no Internet. Construction was loud until about 8p and then there was a VERY LOUD party until 2am right below our room. I didn’t want to be a Karen, but by midnight, my kids were crying and our room was still vibrating from the giant party in the restaurant below. I went to the front desk to inquire if there were “quiet hours” that would ever go into effect and he said the party had rented the restaurant until 2AM. He offered to move us to the other side of the hotel because the group was known to be rowdy in the past. I do not know why they would put a family with three kids right above the party (second floor, room right above the restaurant). We moved our kids across the hotel at 12:30am and all of our stuff. It was awful at best, but at least quieter on the other side on the top floor.

The front desk clerks i had after 3pm on April 1st was terrible and unaccomodating. No customer service skills and did not take the time to greet us walking thru the door. When this business thrives from repeat customers; why would the first point of contact be an unfriendly front desk employee. I did not appreciate that and I travel frequently year round. I would not think the CEOs would appreciate the bad representation of the HILTON brand. I have too many other places i can spend my hard earned money. I have been happier at other hotel chains that dont cost as much. There are cosmetic issues that need attention. The bathroom and bed in room #211 needs attention. I do NOT feel that i can even equate the degree of stay as to the money i spent. I cannot say i will return to this location. There are other hotels in close proximity that ive stayed before that i will patronize.
The omelet station was outstanding. The manager that checked me out was pleasant and most understanding of my less than desirable experience. She had great energy and was very engaging. I sincerely hope changes are made. One bad egg can spoil the whole bunch.

Met by courteous and friendly staff both at check in and check out. Room was clean. Main lounge area was noted to have several roof leaks from skylights with buckets throughout. Hotel is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and venues as well as good access to major interstates. Noise was minimal with no outside traffic noise.

Staff play and efficient. Really enjoyed the accommodations. I would recommend you highly to anybody that would willing to listen to me. If you were a person I would ask you out on a date
4.1
The rooms were horrible, the first room couch had stains on it and they were currently updating WiFi so there was wires hanging down outside of rooms which is unsafe for kids. I asked for another room and the couch in the 2nd was terrible uncomfortable to even sit and had no WiFi the whole stay. My son was not a happy camper for his birthday ‼️
