Excellent hotel and excellent experience

The Islamabad Marriott Hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment you step foot inside, you're greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. One of the better hotels in Islamabad!

Stayed after 2 years and very presently surprised - from a very efficient front desk staff to very well kept/clean rooms and an excellent breakfast - improvements seem to have been made across the board, all adding up to an excellent stay. Extra touches appreciated were the complimentary mini bar and glass bottles replacing plastic in the room!

While I enjoyed many aspects of my stay, I must express my concern regarding the treatment of your employees. During my visit, I witnessed various forms of discrimination against your own employees. As a guest, it was disheartening to see individuals who work tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable being mistreated and undervalued. I firmly believe that discrimination of any kind is unacceptable and that all employees should be treated with respect and dignity.

Poor parking facility far away from hotel. No pre information about road closure on Saturday the 25 February it was a surprise causing delay to our scheduled programme.

Excellent hotel with not a big crowd, excellent staff... always helpful. The only problem is that it's a bit expensive but the stay is memorable. The best place to stay in Islamabad/Rawalpindi area.

Although a property from infamous Marriott brand, but falls below the expected values in all aspects. Security is so well managed that even the hotel guests are treated as outsiders and guests with disability should prior inform hotel in order to be able to reach main entrance by car. All furniture from the lobby to the room are stretched above their lifespan and it clearly shows. Moving towards food, they do have a variety of resturants so food options are great and quality is fair enough. I have to mention that the breakfast buffet menu was a bit weird for me as many lunch or dinner dishes were present so if you like dinner for breakfast you are in luck. The hotel does have all the ammenties you expect from a 5 star hotel but i would suggest to keep expectations a bit lower than international marriotts. Lastly in a round of all things, the value for money is between not good to terrible as its on the extreme high end. I would suggest checking other options if security is not a extreme concern of yours.

Very smart, well staffed and you just feel so well looked after.

Disappointed by a family issue we decided to hang the expense and treat ourselves for two nights. The food was great the lobby area lavish (OTT) but the room was average and not worth paying almost 5 times as much as other hotels visited in Pakistan. It was a good experience but not worth the money

This is one of the better hotels to stay in Islamabad. Everything about this hotel was great. The check our process, however, should be revisited. It took more than 45 minutes to check us out of the hotel. It should be as simple as just handing back the keys with your room number.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Marriott. The service and facilities were excellent. Wide choice of food options at their many restaurants.
