We made reservations the day before for the next day. After driving 7 hrs from Georgia which we arrived at 8:00pm we expected for the room we booked to be ready at that time. Off course the room was nevered cleaned from the previous visitors.
They moved us to another room after we said no we are not going to wait an hour while they clean it.
I was disappointed that our room was not ready.

I would never stay in a home 2 suits again this is the second one I stayed in this trip and they are all run down and disgusting. We walked in and it smelt like sewage

We checked in very late at midnight and staff was lovely. We also requested a late checkout and they provided us late checkout with ease. Property is wonderful. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are extremely nice, clean and spacious. Overall 5 stars!

My wife and son and two dogs stayed for one night here and it fit our needs perfectly. It even had a great gym that allowed us to work out and a great breakfast buffet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made the experience easy and pleasant.

This was my first stay at a Hilton Homes 2 Suites. It’s like a modernized Hampton. Absolutely LOVED it! The staff was over-the-top friendly & accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Pool is dirty color green and noisy childrens running at 11 pm in the hallways and plauing with the doors and parent dont do nothing to calm his childrens since the phone of the room dosent work i have to go to walk to reception but they dont do nothing finally the childrens get tirede around 3 am

This hotel had very nice curb appeal with a area with a gas fire pit where you could sit outside. The check in was fast n easy and the attendent was very nice. The only issue was when we got to our room housekeeping hadn't cleaned it from previous occupants, but when we called front desk they were quick to come change linen and supply new towels and clear out all soiled towels n linen. Great service recovery

I stayed in room 205 and had to be moved due to tv not working they did fix it and then ac wasn’t working they were very friendly and moved us with no issues and it was good it did however suck that computer didn’t work downstairs but over all a great experience thank you for The great friendly staff and handling it professionally I don’t have anything neg to say thank you

Wheel-compatible room - three stories up and down a long carpeted hallway. Good thing there was no fire - can you imagine no elevator (Fire alarm turns it off) , and you only have the stairs WITH A WHEELCHAIR!

Room was comfortable. Very minimal oversights by housekeeping, a piece of a glove on the floor, a hair on the pillow. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible. Way too soft. Left my neck hurting in the morning

This is the BEST hotel I've stayed in. The rooms were clean, updated, and loaded with high quality finishes. The room includes a full size fridge/freezer, dish washer, kitchen sink, and real glass dishes. Also there's shampoo and body wash Despensers on the shower wall.
