Very nice accommodation, very modern and really soft beds with a big bathroom with a tub. Minutes away from the centre. 10/10

If you just need a place to sleep, this place is suitable. Bed is fine, pleasantly surprised about the room having a bathtub. Overall appearance and cleanliness is not great but adequate. Our bathroom door jammed on us randomly, and with that and other interactions with the staff everyone seemed to be annoyed to be there and that we were inconveniencing them by doing very normal things like checking in and out.
Things seemed to be done the cheapest way possible, e.g. no hand towel.

In isolation, there is nothing wrong with this hotel. The rooms are decent size, the beds sleep well, there is a small desk, a working shower with warm water, and free wifi. There is a common use microwave and toaster downstairs.
However, the quality it offers is in no way in line with the very high price that is charged.
With that high price, you would expect extras such as breakfast included, a fridge, free parking, a gym or at the minimum free coffee for clients. There is none. Coffee costs almost 3 euro out of the machine. There is no fridge. The wifi works but quality is mediocre, no gym, only paid parking.
I get it, staff cost is expensive. But the staff doesn't provide any extra services aside from any other budget hotel.
This hotel is great for business meetings, if your boss pays for it. Sadly, this is one the cheapest decent hotels in the Netherlands now.

Service was not good. All our requests were turned down. Asked for a late check out were told absolutely no way as the hotel was full. No true. We had to spend the whole day in the waiting/food area and were denied a quiet area to work in order to take and make calls when there was a room available. The number of people entering the hotel did not warrant it being full. We were given a room with 2 single beds when we were clearly a couple. The amount of black mold in the bathroom was unacceptable. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Good location, just a 20 min walk into Eindhoven central area. Far enough out of the central area to be quiet and get a good nights sleep. Parking was also not too expensive at the hotel. Room was clean and quiet and reasonably spacious.

I requested a room by the elevator because traveling with elderly person who can't walk far or climb the stairs. Upon arrival the elevator was out of service and had been for a few days. It took more than 40min to speak to the manager, and offfered no solution.We had to carry the person up and down the stairs. IF A HOTEL GETS A SPECIAL REQUEST MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT IT!!!!!

Small traditional hotel to the South of the city. 20mins walk to centre. Friendly staff, largish room with all facilities you might expect..even a landline telephone!

It was horrible , terrifying, and disgusting im talking about the cleanness of the hotel first of all i was in shock i found piss stains on the toilet and a really bad smell when i entered the toilet it was so dirty i also complained about it at the reception but I didn’t see any difference the day after.The staff was okay friendly but i expected more
The bed was comfortable but not that clean im not trying to make the hotel look bad but to be honest it was disappointing for the price i paid for 2 nights

The hotel was on a nice quiet street opposite a bus stop which made it very convenient to go places, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and even booked a taxi for me, only downside was the lighting in the room was pretty dim but i dont know if the bulb was almost going or not.

Property needs upgrade. Bedroom furniture tired and worn. Shower cubicle needs replaced. Not many towels and no tea or coffee facilities in room. Unusual, even for a budget hotel.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was small with a few shelves for clothes but no cupboards. The reading light by the bed didn't work and there were only 2 charging points by the TV & none near the beds. The bathroom was quite tiny too. The receptionist was friendly and helpful though. There was a mini market a few doors away, a pizza place & a Chinese restaurant too.

All staff was very helpful from the reception to the room service. Only one issue is the elevator when it was not working 2 days in a row, but rather than that, my stay was very nice.

Absolutely amazing stay!! It was 33° outside and air conditioning worked wonders, kept the room cool, perfect for a good nights sleep! Tamara at the front desk was extremely helpful with recommendations on what to do in the area 😊

the Smell in the rooms wasn’t nice. Some of the lights didn’t work, the lights that did were very dim, so very gloomy. Kettle didn’t work, etc.

This hotel needs modernization! This hotel must get renovated and updated to the current year 2019. The chairs and thread bare carpet look like they are from the 1980's. The air conditioning was inadequate we stayed here for 5 nights for the Graspop festival and the weather was hot 30-34 degrees celsius...the a/c could not keep the room cool enough at those temperatures. The bed was comfortable and we loved having english channels. I recommend not staying by the elevator or stairs as it noisy. The hotel staff tried making us stay by the elevator/stairs and I said I would not stay there as way too noisy. Try to get a room at the far end of the hotel facing the parking lot if you want peace and quiet.

Amazing location and good quality for the price. The rooms were very small though, the bathrooms were odd to say the least. As someone there to experience the nightlife, I have to say housekeeping tend to come very early in the morning, one problem that I had was that they never seemed to change the sheets on the bed, not a massive issue but it bothered me. Overall great for the price.

Stayed here for the football watching Spurs away at PSV. Good hotel as youd expect for a reputable brand - very clean, comfortable rooms with all the amenities. A couple of things though... I went to pay for my reservation when checking in and the member of staff told me breakfast was included in my booking and asked if I would like it. I said yes if its included. 18 euros was then added to my bill so I asked if breakfast could be unincluded. Also the location of this hotel is poor. It is located in a residential area about 20-25 minutes walk away from the centre of Eindhoven (although local buses and taxis are available). If youre looking for somewhere close to the city centre then this isnt the place to stay. For a hotel that is so far out from anywhere, I thought 85 euros a night price-wise is a little too steep.
