Stayed one night. Service and facility, everything was exceptional considering the price for the night. Staff at reception were efficient and kind. Room was clean and good size. The hotel has a drugstore and souvenir shop, both have good variety of items. Airport shuttle bus runs frequently. If you only have a small suitcase and fly out of Terminal 3, you can even walk there from the hotel.
I will definitely stay there again.

Good place to stay the night before our flight home. Clean room well stocked. Nice to have restaurant and convenience store right there. Room was a bit hot and we couldn’t figure out how to cool it properly but otherwise liked the stay

The airport shuttle was awesome, and runs late into the evening. No reservation needed just hop on. The room was fine, we had 4 twin beds, that were pushed together to make two larger beds. But the sheets were separated so there was a large crack and the beds moved easily. The room was also extremely warm, even though the air was on. All in all, I was impressed with this hotel. We booked it last minute dude to a delayed flight, so did not try food or anything else

The hotel is conveniently located near Narita Airport. They have shuttle service from and to the airport. Check in was fast and efficient. The room was a good size room for Japanese hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I think hotel is a little outdated, but nice.
Overall this hotel was a good choice for me and I am very happy that I stayed there.

Super convenient for the airport and the free shuttle bus was a great help. For Japan the room was surprisingly large. Perfect for an early morning start for our journey home from Japan.
The bar was very nicely decorated and the barman attentive.

Surprisingly excellent hotel at very good price. If you wait for your flight or a connection, don't hesitate to take this one. It's maybe not luxury but very convenient with almost all you need specially free shuttle bus.

Convenient and good place to stay before-after airport arrival-departure. Craft store was excellent. Recommend buying breakfast as a package with booking-was a bit pricey. Option of the bar and food upstairs with the view worth it and availability of meals at store was nice. Staff was excellent and services were good.

Good place to stay before a flight out of Narita. Close enough to walk, but also has a shuttle bus. The staff I delt with were nice and friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable. This hotel sees a lot of guests and the high traffic is reflected in the rooms.

Again convenient if you’re traveling out from Narita international to other Asian countries like we did , free shuttle , crew will put your bags into storage underneath the bus -no tipping don’t forget to 45 degree bow and say thank you

Quite a nice airport hotel. The free shuttle service runs well. Great views of the airport from your window. It has a chemist and a convenience store inside the hotel. We got a 20% off voucher for the buffet dinner which is probably a standard offer. The buffet was not cheap but still good value for money. Some of the deserts ran out quite early. My only complaint is that you had to pay extra to use the swimming pool which was not clear to me at the time of booking.

For an airport hotel, this hotel manages to have some charm, as well as be both efficiently run and pleasant to be in. Excellent bus services. Rooms generously sized. Food surprisingly good and imaginative. Narita itself is worth a visit too.

Convenient from Narita Airport -easy to find bus service to and from hotel ask info desk what bay /dock # it stops at for courtesy shuttle , no frills place to stay -inexpensive. driver / crew will load luggages - Japan doesn’t have gratuity system

Disappointed about the pool, you had to pay 1600yen to access and was only opened from 14-22pm.

Excellent for an overnight waiting to fly out of Narita. Furniture and overall looks like the '80 but very clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast. Shuttle to a nearby shopping mall and airport.
